Don't fprget PEP's, which some of us surely had! I did, and have kept everything over many decades now. My first PEP was a Virgin Tracker fund.

This topic has come up in the financial press for nearly 10 years now, especially with a Labour government, but hasn't happened. Maybe it'll happen now. There are a great many ISA millionaires, and that will certainly be food for thought for the Chancellor, under the current situation.

I can't see anything happening retrospectively, but it's certainly possible that they may do something.

As you'd expect, after the comments by Newcrest, exactly the same sort of questions are being asked by journos. Personally, as others have said, I don't see it anything more than needing extra time to take into account the more recent drill results, especially the question of the linking of ore bodies, which may affect the mining plan....

Greatland Gold PLC on Thursday said there was potential for further resource growth at its Havieron project, as it continues to receive promising results from the drilling programme.

Greatland Gold is a London-headquartered mining development and exploration company, focused primarily on precious and base metal mining in Western Australia and Tasmania. The Havieron gold-copper deposit, located in Paterson, is the company's flagship project.

Recent results from the growth drilling programme at Havieron showed new high-grade mineralised intercepts in the Northern Breccia target region, and between Eastern Breccia and the South East Crescent.

Greatland Gold said the findings increased the possibility of linking the two zones....

Havieron Joint Venture
The Havieron Project is operated by Newcrest under a Joint Venture Agreement (‘JVA’) with Greatland Gold plc (‘Greatland’). Newcrest holds a 70% joint venture interest in the Havieron Project. Newcrest currently has a registered interest of 40% (2021: 40%) in the Havieron mining lease.

Pursuant to the JV agreement, key operational decisions of the JV require a unanimous vote and therefore the Group has joint control. For segment reporting, the Havieron JV is included within the ‘Exploration and Projects’ segment.

- Havieron, basically, every drill hole is finding more gold (Don't forget the copper!) We know that it’s there in concentrations more than suitable for mining. We’re also sure that there’s enough volume in total to make mining the site worthwhile. The current exploration programme is still working on seeing how much larger the resources might be! This is looking after itself! - Tick!

Decision to mine at Havieron?! Seriously, don't be silly! IMHO, it's a dome deal! DYOR! - Tick!

- All of the legacy issues are now sorted, and behind us, and the path forwards is now significantly clearer, which is great, IMHO, and for the markets too, and exactly what Shaun Day wanted as well! - Tick!

- Finance is now sorted! - Tick!

- The other tenements are, IMHO, steadily increasing in value! These were largely squirreled away, fantastically, by Gervaise Heddle & Callum Baxter, well before the 'feeding frenzy' we're seeing now! - Tick!

Good luck in your investments Mav. We've surely all kicked ourselves, from decisions that have subsequently resulted in gains not being maximised.

Personally, I bought into GGP, at first, at 0.67p and have had no reason to sell, topping up when I've thought right, but, certainly, not always right, for sure.

Can someone (Maybe Bamps/Paddy?) please give an estimate, bar Havieron, of WHAT we're expecting now, from WHERE, and WHEN, based on Shaun Day's comments yesterday (which was really great news as it allows significantly quicker geological analysis for the boys in OZ!)...

Callum Baxter: "Back on the ground at Ernest Giles, well, that's no reason why not, but I would have to be obviously invited by the company if, if they wanted me to go out there. But you know that exploration isn't all about one person. It's always a team effort. There's.. that people have forward modelling geophysics, but, you know, in collaboration with other people's input, other people are doing forward planning for drill programs and site preparation, etc..
So, it's always a team effort. It's not never just one person, but you know, if, if the and Greatland has got a very good exploration team in house, all those people were effectively handpicked a lot by myself and they're very competent and they definitely know their stuff. So, I think Greatland is pretty much… can handle itself going forward. But, you know, I'm always on the end of the telephone if they want to have a chat about anything to do with Ernest Giles."

Q: Okay back to the back to the base metals Dip says could you talk about nickel please?

A: Yeah look that's you know we think there's additional opportunity for these minerals there - we assay for it it's not part of what we release.

Q: Do you find it though I think it's what they're asking?

A: Yeah well I think there's finding it and there's finding it in commercial volumes so that's something that we keep I think as a GGP team we we've got a little bit of focus on - so yeah I think potentially with that accelerated learning curve that we've had through this process it does position us where we can you know think through that and see if we can't knit that together - our preference if we were going to comment on that publicly would again would be to do it with Newcrest but if we feel we need to provide an update I think again this is an opportunity where we think of things first with ….a equally with the joint venture hat on and around our obligation to our shareholders - and we have an obligation under the market to release material information, we have an obligation to keep it informed so you know that's something that we try to understand but we also have confidentiality agreements which are you know undertakings in the JVA - so there's a balance there's a negotiated path that that we try to apply but you know watch that space, it's certainly something that our geological team spends time energy and effort trying to understand."
