Great news! Shaun Day has always indicated that EG was very important to us and that it's high priority. At the very least, we'd surely utilise the funding anyway, otherwise may lose future possibilities.

You're likely absolutely correct Dip, in normal terms, and a view spouted by nearly all investment 'guru's'!

That all said, I'm now well into my 60's, having invested in individual shares/trackers/funds/trusts since my mid-20's...

BUT! Whether or not sensible, pretty much ALL of my INDIVIDUAL share investments now are in Greatland Gold. Yes, never before, and, dare I say it, maybe never again, has one share inspired me to invest in this way before!

Sure, it's medium/long term, but that's my honest opinion, and best strategy, for ME! Yes, I believe it'll pay off handsomely over the next few years, and, I have absolute trust in the MD to deliver!

Many thanks for the post CF! Like me though, don't you find that nearly all of the 'mainstream media', financial reporter hack's, just love to join the party well after the initial rises! Most of them are pretty clueless, and just love to attempt to make a name for themselves by promoting stocks, where they've done little, or no research at all, but just see a positive movement upwards, and jump on the bandwagon!

We all know where this is going, but just watch the financial media attempt to catch up...

Yup, I generally agree mcsquares. However, let's not forget that we're still an explorer, and, it seems to me anyway, that a lot of investors forget that, and are increasingly myopic with Havieron.

As I've said before, many times, Havieron will, IMHO, generally, look after itself.

As Shaun Day says, just one more 'hit' in another tenement (and we have a lot, in an ever growing area for valuable mineralisation, squirreled away early by Gervaise & Callum!), and it doesn't have to be anywhere near the size of Havieron, and, in my words, watch out!

Many of us are indeed invested medium/long term, and I include myself, BUT, short/medium term, there could well be fireworks again!
