Yes we don't know whether it will be an asset sale or a full sale. The company may decide to do something different but the RNS states sale, sale, sale. The rest are musings and pondering. When an RNS states JV please let me know. In the meanwhile I will be expecting the company to proceed with the sale of the company as they have stated.

Ignore the noise Sbrace from people like rowka and his ilk. This is a sale not a JV. What is in the RNS is what is happening. The rest are the pondering of narcissists. I saw through the week a link to a NN JV that got the acolytes buzzing. It had nothing to do with us at all. Just noise. The company is for sale. I'm not trying to cause trouble here but there are folk on here trying to mislead. The company is for sale and there are several interested parties. Please don't believe anyone here has special insight, they don't. Musings of numpties. Read the RNS.

It would mean a special dividend, most likely, then the remaining parts of the company would be valued by the market appropriately. The value of the dividend would depend on what the company decided to do with proceeds of the sale. Bearing in mind the BOD intend to look after shareholders I wouldn't be too worried. They are also major shareholders, what we get, they get.

Where's all this talk of a JV coming from? RNS man and his other alter ego Puntersfriend used to bang this drum before they were banned for being disruptive and abusive. This JV talk is all to make people think there won't be a sale. A subtle deramp and no more. The company is for sale. Whether it be as a whole or some of it's assets.

Get on the hype train Jake. Buy more shares if you can. Make yourself wealthy. Hope it works out for you. I'm no expert and I don't profess to be. What I would suggest though is to not guess the machinations of the market makers and indicate that people are selling due to fear of no sale. There is no indication that a sale will not happen and there are many that it will. People sell and buy for many reasons. The market makers play their games. If you're as inexperienced as you say you'd be better learning a bit more instead of being negative about a share that there is precious little to be negative about. Buy, I say. Imho.

Jakep95 I don't really care whether the share price goes up in the short term because that will give more opportunity for people to buy myself included when funds become available. How can you be impartial about a share you're invested in. So you've been invested (for the first time ever) in a share for 2 weeks and now you're impartial. Wow that's something else.
