RE: Shorters win again22 Mar 2022 11:07
Tigra, you make some good points but I disagree about the immediate need for news. It's just not necessary when everyone is in a frenzy of Russia bashing. As the BOD have stated the Russian people are hardworking and I'm sure the bay majority are thoroughly decent folk. The media at the moment are jumping on anything Russian and effectively cancelling a whole country and anything linked to it. The BOD have said that we aren't currently affected by sanctions and they're still working, DLA Piper are still working and I'm sure they'll work something out. Bang out news at the moment, for example, a JORC or a new license would have very little effect on the share price and the MM's would bring us back down again quickly if it did rise. If news comes out, all well and good. I'll have to trust in the BOD that they know what they're doing. My die are cast when it comes to this share. I'm heavily invested (for me) and I've averaged up substantially over the last couple of years, so I'm heavily under water like many. I'm happy to wait and trust in the BOD until the heat goes from this situation or there's a peaceful resolution and fingers crossed we don't have to wait long for that (for many reasons). The alternative is to sell up at a loss. I did my research and I'm happy with my investment, hence I don't moan about a BOD who have only added real value to my holding while the MM's and shorters appear to be taking it away. That's how I see it Tigra. We can have a difference of opinion and I thank you for your often fine posts as they add value.
