RE: H L and NN4 Nov 2020 16:25
Hi Ragsrob, that goes against what I've been told by fidelity (my broker). I have an ISA and should I be given MNOD shares in any deal, they will sell them and place the proceeds into my ISA. They don't trade MNOD and wouldn't in an ISA anyway as they're a foreign currency stock and not UK stock market. They have given me numerous assurances that because my EUA shares are in an ISA then any subsequent gains will still be tax wrapped (including the MNOD shares they will sell just before the final sale date) as long as they remain in my ISA. I've sent 3 emails over the last few months to cover all they bases and they assure me I'm all tax free wrapper. I would advise anyone who is concerned to contact their broker.
