Ghengis- how would you explain the stagecoach t/o, first group America sale and bid, the go ahead t/o - market says this is undervalued based on m&a activity...

Only 20% of revenue is uk..but they would be helped if they could turn uk profit again. Ghengis the margin is supposdly going back to 10% by 2025-2027..US operating margin already there at 11%. The revenue pipeline can drive profits..they win work at a decent clip so all is not lost..but with interest rates where they are deleverage is key if the price is going to go up

Margin pressure and leverage are the big issues..in the update they need to be talking price rises now tbh especially with what the drivers are asking for.

Or IIs go long, get asked to lend stock and are happy to do it for a price. Watch the SP fall then buy even more.

UT £500k+ at 132p..something occuring..could be wrong but given this is thinly traded that is decent action. GL all

on the books last 2 days there have been algo trades buying rather than selling which is encouraging, if it moves off up 126p looks like a double bottom..any chartists out there? Not my area of expertise but I have been keeping an eye on the book.

With the nature of the revenue (being inflation protected and contracted) a large position is justified here..I expect a take over offer soon given sector developments of late. DYOR

Its been interesting hearing the bear cases, bit I just don't see it personally. Whatever happens, bar covid, US kids go to school on buses, people use coaches and trains the world goes on.
