I think authorities need to make it more clear which type of offers and approaches must be RNS, management in a lot of instances make decisions about bids based on their own interest it seems

Been sat on that info how long whilst shorts traded this down?

Nothing stacks up..but I do think there is a decent business here if this liquidity issue is overcome

Snapper, some has had IR respond and say no RNS able news...I agree I was sure there had been some news, but now not so sure...I also think once those legacy contracts are done it's in serious recovery mode...if they can trade through until they are resolved using the cash from completion and new contracts it survives in imo

Snapper..ok it's very brutal, but honestly if there are no changes to the last outlook, why is market saying it's worth a quarter of what it was...makes no sense

If the last update is still valid, cashflow neutral for FY23, and 5 of 8 legacy contracts closed...they have to rns if material change so I do think this is just a brutal short attack

How can they say shorts not the cause given how much they increased lately...but I would say this, selling 5% of company and getting a 60% drop does not make sense

Lost 60% in a month...no communication from the board..how can anyone accept that

It was a closing auction and got settled though so shares changed hands at that price ....I do think the only person who would be soaking up that kind of sell is the director who was buying...is this being taken over?

They have been filling that for days, the algo was filling it...fund sell imo..TR1 to follow presumably, anticipating more delays perhaps but odd they lost their nerve now

I'd the meeting between Iraq and iocs happening tomorrow? If they off something stupid tomorrow I think time has come for arbitration and on that note, can we chase iraq in the courts for unpaid money rather than Kurdistan given they are the ones effectively taking over this whole matter?

The bond tender was at £93...that is not a distressed price. Directors buying, arbitration hearing in Feb with potential to win ruling for damages in excess of mcap...the meeting this Friday could rerate this above a £1 imo as it will become clear if there is a deal to be done

Unless they buy back in a cap raise as is often the case..but the board need to come out n say something now surely

Why would so many shorts get a bunch at the same time, surely the markets are not meant to act like this...stinks...holders have my sympathy here

Surely now is the time for a bid if draftings is serious, 888 down 40% since summer, draftkings SP riding high...would make a lot of sense to do an all stock bid imo
