Well his base pay is huge, share price is near all time lows and he hasn't delivered two major farm outs he said he would this year yet so I think it warrants discussion unless he pulls a rabbit out of the hat before end of the year

Oh dear..so the operating cash won't cover the capex on new drills, more debt? And some had the audacity to say this was a good thing for trinity.

Getting paid an absurd amount for not delivering on timelines or farm outs. Starting to think I know why they took so much cash on the south Africa farmout.

Basically the same point, lots of cash, low share price. Almost wondering if it gets taken private at this rate

If I didn't believe two farmouts will be forthcoming within next 3 months I wouldn't be holding so many shares. I mean thankfully we do have 3b/4b drilling to look forward to and more cash

Mid 2025 or late 2025 would be frankly unacceptable given how much they get paid..but I hope you are wrong there.

I really don't see why you'd say farm out by half year or end of year without substance- a ramp of that nature is worth nothing, they didn't need to place either. I got no reply of timelines from my IR email - is no reply normal?

Tullow has contingent condideration as follows:

$4 million in the event of a commercial discovery

$10 million payment upon the issuance of a production licence from the Government of Guyana

Royalty payments on future production – 1.75% of the 60% working interest entitlement revenue net of capital expenditure and lifting costs

Previously it was reported 9 parties were looking at Orinduik..so either it's the worst block ever known to man or you are wide of the mark Redwine with your view. Either way talk is cheap and so is Eco share price because that's all the CEO seems to do.

Interesting, so our block terms are now far better, surely makes more sense for majors to farm into Orinduik than a new block on worse terms and no drill ready prospect or existing finds next to Hammerhead!

I just wish they would get a move on with the farm outs. No investor can wait forever. I dislike stating timelines and not sticking to them, erodes confidence in management. I emailed IR on the matter of timings and got nothing. Granted they may be busy but Gil needs to deliver here now.

I can't believe that they won't get a farm in for Guyana tbh with all the action in the area from majors..I just think they need to get the deal done now so we have more drills lined up..that is simply the best way to get this rerated

How much would a drill cost be? He has said they would no longer drill as the sole party.

In the y/e results presentation in July, CEO said hoped to announce Namibia Farm Out this year..so whoever dumped shares today for very little reason I hope you don't miss out if it does get announced

2025 or 2026? I thought 2025 so if longer no drama

I mean catalysts I see are:

-Namibia farm out

-Guyana Farm out

-South Africa well dates

-M&A or new license with that cash

One of those needs to hit before it moves up. Currently market needs to see actual deals rather than yarn.. isn't the date that Guyana must be drilled fast approaching?

I think lack of news on the other two licenses is leading some over thinking here. I have noted in the past the timetables were optimistic but I didn't see anything in there to make me think we are not on course for a very busy 2025

Steady results and still negotiating 2 farm outs in major blocks, sooner or later this has to re rate

I want about treble current price before I consider letting any go. Net of cash still valuing at circa £5m when indication of Npv X10 of that

I mean looking at the prints there appears to be very little stock about, early days on this move I agree, but should be interesting
