Actually pretty funny now this...I mean take it down to about 20p would be about £120m mcap, for over £800m revenue..net debt EBITDA of say 1.5x is that reasonable? CFO was shocking in the last investor call, didn't seem to have a grasp of any numbers and spoke poorly. I feel she is just a yes woman for MS anyway but I was underwhelmed. All this negative being said I still think it can turn...must be mad

The equity is valued at less than media monks price paid. I don't know how much the other parts are worth but more than the debt.. given say £800m revenue from US blue chips I don't think it can go much lower regardless of the poor narrative currently.

Doesn't help with MSs golden share, and just point blank rejecting approaches from at more than double SP, another green light for shorts

I agree on the Moody's thing, it's not really realistic. The company is not over leveraged..I think it's driven by them basically implying revenue will fall more and not saying by how much. They are idiots when communicating with the market

The market stopped believing. The CFO doesn't have the foggiest what she is doing either. She needs to go. Issue some accurace guidance and rebuild some trust. Until they do that it's not going to change. I think the shorts are having a field day here now, big push Monday morning from them...predictable. with so many American institutions holding the hedge funds will borrow off them like no tomorrow and sell it down ahead of a cheap takeover

Where is the actual plan to say target and grow from 10 whoppers to 20 in x months. The proper targets are lacking and concrete plans for how S4 grows revenue have not been communicated properly. There is currently no story for the market to buy other than he keeps saying bad macro to blame. This is the biggest oversight and the reason it's at 40p

I am hoping a deal is done. What I dislike most ATM is this constant acceptance of revenue declines and blaming macro. Change and adapt the bloody business so macro works for you. It's proper lazy to keep churning out that excuse and market has tired of it

Netflix production budget is climbing back towards $17b based on my research after going as low as $13b, once that feeds through zoo will fully cover with improved cost base. The H1 increase in sales has accelerated to 42% Vs FY23 compared to Q1 of 35% so the trend is intact. I think $60m FY25 revenue is achievable if the recovery continues. So yeah the drop was overdone the last month I would say

It's got no debt and for ast to be EBITDA positive so should be fine on cash...I think you are over reacting somewhat given where the mcap is

I think the cash is about the same as start of year which indicates broadly cashflow neutral..there is less detail that I hoped but will wait to have a look at the presentation for jumping the gun

Yeah someone dumping big clumps day before an update you have to ask what is known and if it's something it's not on. Anyhow, holding and expect positives..can't have flipped that badly from last RNS
