CEO is full of waffle...doesn't even answer the questions

Well Entrain, Flutter and Playtech all doing well ....it does increase the pressure on the CEO here, who I also am a bit dubious about...see what he says tomorrow

I mean I thought why are they doing the investor call a GMT 4pm...that suggests to me there is some American interest or I could be over thinking it. However it is far more common for the results call to be first thing in the morning for UK companies.

All X10 or higher. We had an indicate approach at 156p so why is someone only willing to pay 50-70p?

Think of it as the EV...betting companies are valued on EV/EBITA multiples usually. A multiple of 10x on £300m EBITDA is £3b and not unreasonable. Current EV is about £2b, with equity at £240m. So someone could offer approx 200p ...this is expected to grow to £400m within a few years. It's grossly undervalued on a sector basis

This would be a great merger with playtech which has low debt..think if 156p was offered in shares I would take it..or draftkings paper...plenty of options

TXP offer currently worth a touch over 42p...so I think we know who is talking sense here

How about this...the last 2 wells are duds, were not flow tested because they didn't want to crater the stock, and now need to drill more wells in Q4 to replace them....

Production lowered, net debt up. Having to deallocate to drill yet more casc wells to offset declines...and some still think that it's a good prospect.

I can't comprehend how bad your judgement on investing is, it worries me a lot tbh.

Ayecurumba..I think your comments are being filtered now on the basis you own TXP and are totally conflicted on this board.

Still doesn't answer the question, why are we not receiving a higher number of shares I derbyhe TXP offer? You can't bang on about fair value on one hand then recommend giving up the company for 45p equivalent I am afraid.

So Andrew, why are you proposing we sell for 45p equivalent? Then telling TXP you unconditionally love them and their low ball offer, why did you not seek a higher offer? Your arguments make no sense and trying to spread rumours about regulatory issues is sailing very close to the wind.

So talk of the deal being too much debt is frankly ridiculous from certain shareholders...it's up to shareholders and currently I am sure I am not the only one that rationally sees cash as far better.

So TXP currently have no way of completing the deal. And in under 6 months TRIN can be sold to LO. Splendid

That rationale makes some sense but I still think you can't reasonably expect a company to leave money on the table..that is actually capitalism/business you refer to.

Do you own TXP shares as well?

Unlike most holders of TRIN you would gain if they sold the company on the cheap to TXP...so really you lost all credibility here now
