Bandet1 I appreciate your kind words and endorsement , I also appreciate yours very much,
It’s great to get a insight into other investors minds, good and bad, though not to bad. LOL,
Everyone’s loyal, but only up to a point, and that normal equates to the amount of profit or losses anyone makes, even our BOD would leave with the right offer.LOL,
As long as you expect anything to happen here, then you own the right share.
What I don’t want to happen to Fum , is to part with our med gel to cheaply, as it’s potentially a blockbuster of a product . But more especially it’s essentially needed by urologist to prescribe to ED patients . Never mind the OTC market, which could be truly massive.
If we do well in the prescription market, then our share price should in advance price in the OTC market. And by several years.
BruceJamieson There’s nothing illegal About anything Lombards done, it’s just a underhanded way of increasing your shareholding for less money, and taking advantage of a company needing urgent funding, their shape-shooting investment advisors have told them to do it, and it’s perfectly legal, just not very commendable. That’s life for you,
James Barder stated way before csd, that our med Gel was the most valuable product we had, but the cost to bring it to market was prohibitive, and that was around the time of the great financial-meltdown, and recession , few people could raise any funds for anything, including the banks, speak to Noel Edmonds about that one, or google it .
We are probably curtailed at the moment from the history of futura medical, but this med gel looks completely different from anything before it, there’s several silly concoctions out there selling loads at the moment, and our med gel can easily take there market share away from them very easily, we beat them in every area of testing, application, usability, likability, to be genuinely honest, these other products are horrendous, and they are selling, because there is a need for them out there, and that’s we’re we come in , with all guns blazing,
I think I’m getting carried away here,LoL, but you get the picture . We can take this market easily, the urologist will give our med gel the big thumbs up, they’ve effectively already done that from our 2trials results. And our 3rd trial results should increase the amount of urologist thumbs going up.
If a big multinational pharmaceutical company takes a bet on us , taking us out at a few hundred million, they could very well clean up here after a few years, and especially hitting the OTC market with our med gel, the little handy med gel for all occasions, who wouldn’t want there loved one to put it on them. And that translates into some serious money. But who has the foresight to get in early? Pfizer, ? Any of the big condom makers ? Or the opportunistic Chinese , and hopefully backed by there unscrupulous very rich government ,
right now nobody knows how big this could be, nobody, and that’s what makes this a unbelievably speculative investment proposition. at worst it’s going to do really well , and at best it could make today’s share holders seriously rich. That’s how good a proposition we have sitting in front of us all today.
Good Luck All .
BruceJamieson read warrennibbles post again, further down ,
If we sell loads of shares they go down, if Lombard sell loads of shares they go down, and spooking small investors into selling some or all their holding, throw in urgent funding needs, and its a recipe for a very low SP, and Lombard picking up shares on the cheap. No one can legally accuse them of it, And do anything about it, as it’s somehow a acceptable funding practice in this day and age. And We’re also helpless. Fum don’t really care how they get the money, as long as they get it and pay there own wages and trial cost , that’s the bottom line on it. No money, no company,.
It’s deplorable, but what can you do, virtually nothing, ,LOL /not .
The last fund raising, ! We didn't know exactly what Lombard were up too, but isn't hindsight a wonderful thing,
To put it into perspective, if it happened again , private investors would remortgage their homes and buy fum shares at below 6p. And sell at anything up to 49p.
If Lombard decided to do the same again , there's very little we could do. Though I doubt they would attempt that exact same stunt again/ price wise.
If fum could even hint at the size of the companies in licencing negotiations with us , then it might give us a clue to the potential size and type of money and potential we are talking about. Lombard shouldn't be allowed to drive our SP downwards because they want the biggest amount of shares for there money and backing. They've already done that to us.
Our BOD need to give more presentations to potential investors, I know this is difficult before our 3rd trials results , but they should at least counteract lombards deplorable tactics.
On the release of our 3rd trial results in December, we should get substantial main media writups, and I'm confident all very positive . And I would expect the world's media will also carry our results all around the world, I'm hoping some Chinese ED company will snap us up, in licencing or straight buyout, and backed by the Chinese government in whatever form they want,
there money is as good as anyone's, it's only a ED GEL we are talking about , not a nuclear power station,LOL
GOOD LUCK ALL.
It's important to remember that our 3rd trial results have been shared along the way with several big multinational pharmaceutical companies , if they like what they see, then I'm confident they will pay substantial upfront payments,
There's no reason so far to doubt a good 3rd trial result in December, as far as I'm concerned it's a done deal, and we're just waiting to find out who gets our license .And how much of a upfront payment we're getting.
Lombards big share sales will continue to artificially suppress our SP, we've seen that before/ no thanks.
I just wish they could completely help us to keep the confidence in other share holders, by a more proactive funding policy and helping uk industry get there products to market. If China can do it , why not us.
Good luck all.
It looks like we can see another Lombard RNS share reduction soon , going by those biggish sells,
No problem, I feel we will get a licensing upfront payment and a strategic purchase of our shares by our licensing partners, to raise the funds from them , Lombard and probably us, /small PI,
To me it’s Lombard who’s the problem and the partial paymaster, not ideal, though we will get this sorted soon enough.
I’m very optimistic short term, and hugely confident in our med gels efficacy and the potential of getting a worldwide blockbuster of a product in the long term.
This really could happen, why ?
Because 80% of our 3rd trials participants wanted more of our med gels erectile enhancing effects, that’s my personal barometer to our med gels future efficacy and likability.
Having confidence isn’t really a issue for me, the 2nd trial essentially has proved nearly everything that’s required for a great product, the 3rd trial is for me just a confirmatory mostly likely efficacy enhancing result.
I believe most PI are convinced ok, it’s just Lombard need to play there part in building confidence, by putting out a statement, of them being fully behind our companies ambitions to raise funds and getting our unique product to market. That would go a long way to encourage other investors not be concerned about our companies funding. After all they own most of the company. And have a responsibility to others, and including there own investors,
I know they have their own hidden agendas, but a statement from them around funding would help enormously.
There is no justifiable reason why it can’t be Pfizer at our negotiating table.
That’s a very fair , balanced and great write up from Simon Thompson from investor chronicle ,
Our 1st - 3rd trials results will give us and our licensing partners the confidence to fund any further trials, I’m confident our licensing partners will fund most of or remaining trials,
It’s confidence building from now onwards, as I’m genuinely very confident about the 3rd trials results, remember they should only better our 2nd trials results, and that should be quite easily done, touch wood.
It didn’t take Simon Thompson to long ,to confirm everything I’ve been thinking about over the last week or so, Excellent write up, the higher our SP goes ,then only a small amount of money may be needed from fums investors, and the bulk of the funding money should be made up from our licensing partners. So keep our SP as high as possible ,and any dilution should be absolutely minimal . It’s really up to us to show our confidence around our med gel, as nearly everyone can see it’s a fantastic we product.
I can’t wait to find out who our licensing partners are, and how much they will cough up to fund our trials. But I’m very confident there will be a bidding war around our licensing negotiations. And We may not need a penny , GOOD LUCK ALL
Notrac. Lombards strategic purchase with increasing its holding would most likely have been to calm and assure fums other investors, that Lombard fully supports futura medical and of course there own interests in the company,
After such a large fall, actions would speak louder than words, there action was to buy more shares, we've all seen how there share sales have hit sentiment, so the reverse should happen, and it has,
I strongly suspect Lombard have spoken to James Barder during the big SP fall, and found out it's all down to nerves around
Future funding, Lombard have taken note , and then demonstrated to the market and investors it's commitment to futura medical and it's own holding, granted not by much , but it's a start, throw in the early excellent signs in our 3rd trial,
And JB telling Lombard on the quite , everthings looking fantastic , so it's a very good and strategic move on Lombards part.
If Lombard decides to increase their holding a little further , the extra confidence that would bring Fum, would be immense .
Though That might not happen, ?
Another theory, what if someone has quietly asked Lombard about what price they would be willing to sell their full holding for?.
Why? Maybe because they've been following our shared / potential licencing partners 3rd Trial results along the way, and they, like us, like what they see.
Lombard know if there potential interest, and have topped up accordingly,
I know these are just circumstantial reasonable theories, but when someone's thinking about something, then someone just might be doing it.
It's looking like a beautiful Saturday morning here in Belfast, I hope it's the same for everyone out there.
Good luck all,
I wouldn’t say wimps Timmo,
More like Fum investors old and new stressed with the memory of to many disappointments, and sleepless nights, worrying about there hard saved money disappearing overnight,
I couldn’t blame anyone bailing out when others are panicking and doing the same, that’s just normal human behaviour, Follow the flock/ crowd to stay safe, When that money is banked then it’s safe, and only then, When it’s in a share ,it’s never safe, anything can happen in the stock market,
Any investor can then reassess after selling up, and When their not under immense pressure to save their ,”maybe life’s savings” they can then buy in when they’ve thought everything through when there calm, and better focused to make a good decision.
Without doubt We’ve seen that happen here over the last few days with fum.
And next week onwards we should see a steady Fum climb upwards , bar any downbeat media write ups,
I’m genuinely very happy right now ,after considering everything that’s happened this week , but mostly the revelation around the 80% of our 3rd trials participants requesting to stay on in our open label extended trial. If our med Gel wasn’t
Working or wanted by our participants , believe me they would all disappear quickly enough ,,,LOL,
Another thing it wasn’t just 80%. ,,,,JB inferred it was over 80% , that’s a real tell tale sign of a sure fire winner and liked product, we just need all the trials data to come good, and we’re flying in December, if not earlier.
JB looked confident this week , and I’m extremely confident about our 3rd trial results in December.
How high our share price will go is anyone’s guess, except zwartkops,,,LOL GOOD LUCK ALL.
We've jumped around 20% so far today, that's excellent, considering the reckless sell off, confidence has be big somewhat,
Though I'm very confident next week's media write ups should clarify our funding nerves, such as investors chronicle will have a informed view on it, even to the point they might speak to James Barder himself, that can easily happen, they can read between the lines of JB,s words, he can tell them more than he can publicly reveal, and they can inform us better, a confidential conversation can be denied by JB if he's accused of breaking the AIM sensitive rules around certain subjects,
It's been a great day, and I'm certain we will eventually get back to the 40s p + quite soon, if the investors chronicle ok's us we will fly next week, and if not we will tread water for a few months, I'm confident about money and funding being thrown at us after we officially reveal our 3rd trial results, it's looking great from were I'm sitting,,,,,, good luck all.
I’m perplexed to why we’re not at a even higher Share Price , £184k sells £704k buys , we went down quickly enough,,LOL,,, why can’t we rise just as quickly, yes perplexing, and I know these things are mostly computer generated , nearer 40p I would have thought ? !!!
I’m still very pleased with investors reappraising everything, and jumping back in again, it goes to show you how very serious money can be made in these nervous selling situations, and maybe some seasoned bear raiders grasp that opportunity and cleaned up. ?
It’s not a difficult thing to do, if you have the right brokers and plenty of money,
I’m speculating here, but I wouldn’t be one bit surprised,
I just hope small investors didn’t loose out on the nervous stampede, and got back in quickly enough,
Anandas / poster here, even if we sell a fraction of them numbers you’ve posted below, then our company is very seriously undervalued at today’s current share price.
Those 3rd trial participants seem to like our med gel enough to want even more, “ 80% “ . Yes 80% I can’t say or emphasise that enough , Because it’s the best clue to the end results coming from our 3rd trial. And that early 80% speaks volumes for a potential blockbuster of a product. That’s my opinion and it seems to be nearly everyone’s opinion on the forums as far as I can see.
Good luck everyone.
zwartkopts ,,,,Licking his wounds,,, LOL. confidence is returning after the unexpected and understandably nervous sell off.
I would expect a slow tentative return to previous SP highs over the next few months, that's just my best guess.
No one actually knows what our SP will do for definite, I certainly don't. But it should be a he'll of a lot higher than today's current SP, I can honestly state, that after JB proactive interview, that I'm actually far more enthusiastic about the higher efficacy for our MED gel, and that should translate into serious profits and royalties.
When any CEO or company representative speaks to the media or proactive investor, they are bound by very restrictive AIM rules around what they can and not say, if JB had of said regarding our 3rd trial , that everything looks better than we expected, then he could be accused of misleading investors, and he could be in serious trouble if the 3rd trial fell short of his interview statement, so his tentative words of confidence in that interview , were tempered by the AIM rules around making price sensitive statements that are not backed up yet with our 3rd trials final results.
So any canny investor who knows JB,s body language, would actually know he was very confident around our med gels 3rd trial results so far, and especially the 80% of participants who wish to keep using our MED GEL for there nearly private pleasure.
Roll on December and licencing negotiations,,, GLA
Zwartkops you don't know what your saying anymore, you said " yesterday "that from now on you will sit back and keep stum, or just ,,,,, shut up in plain English, and yet today you've come back 4 times now to rant about not getting your sub20p price,,,LOL. ZWartkops. Chill out , watch some TV and relax , and yes sit back and watch fum gather its army of investors and turn our MED GEL into a global blockbuster, and bare you out with your recent long term £4 SP prediction,
The second phase trial results , yes I read them , and to be honest they didn't. Overtly impress me, but then I've read numerous other independent urologist reports about our phase 2trial and all of them were very impressed with our MED gel efficacy, even at the low dosage, and it seems that a lay person generally can't properly and fully interpret the trials data , as everything must be taken into consideration with that data, every independent report said the lowest dose was very effective at producing erectile enhancement on the ED scale , they were impressed ok, and they were experts in the ED urology field.
So any improvement in the efficacy data will be fantastic global news to any prescribing urologist.
So roll on December. GLA,,
JB actually looked and behaved very upbeat in that interview , I know its hard to spot with him, as he's normally got a funeral
Mourners expression, LOL
But you could easily see when he was talking about the 3rd trial , he looked and spoke like this is a forgone conclusion with our MED gel. That's just my experienced opinion after watching all his interviews over many years.
I also think investors who sold out and lost, will jump right back in and recoup any losses , and go on to probably triple there money.
Don't buy on my say so, experienced investment journalist will be banging the drums for fum before the year is out, believe me on that one ,
Without any doubt, I’m quite sure Pfizer have definitely got us on there radar, as they are one of the biggest erectile dysfunctional companies in the world, and they nearly always announce their takeover offers on a Friday.
Something to think about.
