zwartkopts ,,,,Licking his wounds,,, LOL. confidence is returning after the unexpected and understandably nervous sell off.
I would expect a slow tentative return to previous SP highs over the next few months, that's just my best guess.
No one actually knows what our SP will do for definite, I certainly don't. But it should be a he'll of a lot higher than today's current SP, I can honestly state, that after JB proactive interview, that I'm actually far more enthusiastic about the higher efficacy for our MED gel, and that should translate into serious profits and royalties.
When any CEO or company representative speaks to the media or proactive investor, they are bound by very restrictive AIM rules around what they can and not say, if JB had of said regarding our 3rd trial , that everything looks better than we expected, then he could be accused of misleading investors, and he could be in serious trouble if the 3rd trial fell short of his interview statement, so his tentative words of confidence in that interview , were tempered by the AIM rules around making price sensitive statements that are not backed up yet with our 3rd trials final results.
So any canny investor who knows JB,s body language, would actually know he was very confident around our med gels 3rd trial results so far, and especially the 80% of participants who wish to keep using our MED GEL for there nearly private pleasure.
Roll on December and licencing negotiations,,, GLA
Friday the 13th , it looks like it's going to be a good day all round. Good luck everyone.
Clergy ,,, NO,,,, it's just that you would make anyone look like a saint,,LOL ,,, Amen,,,,
Zwartkops you don't know what your saying anymore, you said " yesterday "that from now on you will sit back and keep stum, or just ,,,,, shut up in plain English, and yet today you've come back 4 times now to rant about not getting your sub20p price,,,LOL. ZWartkops. Chill out , watch some TV and relax , and yes sit back and watch fum gather its army of investors and turn our MED GEL into a global blockbuster, and bare you out with your recent long term £4 SP prediction,
The second phase trial results , yes I read them , and to be honest they didn't. Overtly impress me, but then I've read numerous other independent urologist reports about our phase 2trial and all of them were very impressed with our MED gel efficacy, even at the low dosage, and it seems that a lay person generally can't properly and fully interpret the trials data , as everything must be taken into consideration with that data, every independent report said the lowest dose was very effective at producing erectile enhancement on the ED scale , they were impressed ok, and they were experts in the ED urology field.
So any improvement in the efficacy data will be fantastic global news to any prescribing urologist.
So roll on December. GLA,,
JB actually looked and behaved very upbeat in that interview , I know its hard to spot with him, as he's normally got a funeral
Mourners expression, LOL
But you could easily see when he was talking about the 3rd trial , he looked and spoke like this is a forgone conclusion with our MED gel. That's just my experienced opinion after watching all his interviews over many years.
I also think investors who sold out and lost, will jump right back in and recoup any losses , and go on to probably triple there money.
Don't buy on my say so, experienced investment journalist will be banging the drums for fum before the year is out, believe me on that one ,
GLA
Somebody has to daringinvestor,,, lol,,,LOL ,,
Without any doubt, I’m quite sure Pfizer have definitely got us on there radar, as they are one of the biggest erectile dysfunctional companies in the world, and they nearly always announce their takeover offers on a Friday.
Something to think about.
Tomorrow's SP no one can know that for sure. It's great to see other posters coming to the same conclusion as myself,
Around the funding issue.
It's a catch 22 here , fum can't legally tell tell shareholders that they are getting X amount of millions in licencing upfront payments before any licencing deal is signed, and yet they have to approach this funding situation, like that option doesn't exist, if they said to investors we will probably get x amount from our potential licencing partner, then there negotiating hand is substantially weakened. As they will look like they are going cap in hand for funding money, we "are" ! but the other side can't know that for sure.
JB or rather the company is really surprised at the SP fall, as they come up to licencing our MED GEL , we must not look desperate for extra funds, the other side knows our situation ok, but they don't know who else we are negotiating with, and who else is offering large upfront licencing payments. So its play your cards close to your chest here.
That's why I'm really surprised that investors can't completely understand the whole funding situation,
And why FUMS BOD can't tell investors openly about these delegate negotiating stances.
I'm now genuinely and extremely confident in the final results of our MED GELs 3rd trial .
It will probably take a we bit of time before private investors realise this for themselves, and when they feel reassured about the funding , then they will come back in droves, as our SP really should be at least double or treble or higher than today's current SP . EVERYTHING'S LOOKING GREAT , ACCEPT OUR CURRENT SHARE PRICE. But that will change in its own good time.,,,,,,,,GLA
Well I believe now our med gels a real flyer now, after 80% of participants have voluntarily signed up for our open ended final trial,
We will run out of nervous sellers soon enough, and then them same investors will come back in again at the right time, common sense will ultimately prevail.
I think people now know our med gel is a very good ED product, and it will be a great seller.
But nobody wants to loose money right now around fums funding requirements,
But I'm confident our med gels licensing deals will substantially address this need for future funding.
GLA
Zwartkopts there's a he'll of a lot of yoyoing buying and selling going on right now, I wouldn't bet on our SP going in any direction right now, though downwards is understandable, and upwards is optimistic and probably more deserving considering what we are developing with our MED gel, investors are looking for some positive direction and indicators.
And that might take several more months, but common sense will prevail, and our MED GEL will get recognised as a transformational new erectile dysfunctional treatment, and it's rewards should follow in good time.
It will be a good learning curve the next few days and weeks,,,,stay positive no matter what happens , that's my best advice
GLA
I feel fums BOD don't know how to properly capitalise on a SP and investors confidence, when we were at 49+p or whatever , and a valuation of around £90million , and to raise another £ 5+ million it shouldn't bother investors to much, and use these primarybid operators to raise extra funds, with a product like ours, who wouldn't invest,?. I've seen terrible companies listed ,raise money with little or nothing to offer investors. We have a fantastic opportunity and product to put to investors.
But I reiterate, for 80% of our 3rd first trials participants to volunteer to go into our open-ended label trial is a significant development regarding how well our MED GEL is liked. It's basically a indication to our MED gels fortunes.
GLA
That s all correct and good, but remember, its purely voluntary, and 80% of participants said yes please.
I don't think a lot of people would catch on to the importance of JB saying that, it's so important ,as our product is not a vital essentially needed medication, and yet 80% liked it that much, they want more , fantasti GLA
It stated patients can volunteer to go on the open-ended label trial, and they don't get paid anything for doing it daringinvestor. You heard right, that's so important , and this should have been emphasised much more in that analysis presentation yesterday, I'm incredibly impressed with that news,
I can't see a price on LSE for quite some time now, I don't know if we're heading down or up after that JB interview.
Daringinvestor I was astounded when JB said that, that's when the penny dropped regarding how good our MED GEL is.
If that gets transferred into the open market place, then we could well have a blockbuster here. That unpaid endorsement speaks louder than words. A real revelation in my opinion.
GLA
Yes, and another thing that I found extremely impressive, that 80% of our trials participants don't get paid doing the 3rd open ended label trial, they are doing it for free because they probably like our MED gels efficacy. That's a massive vote of confidence in our MED gel. GLA
GO back to sleep, ,,LOL,
Zwartkopts, I thought you said you would " sit back and keep stum. Now don't disappoint us all, and to back to sleep,LOL
There's a new James Barder interview on proactive investor right now, posted in the last hour or so.
All these nervous fum investors bailing out and trying to keep some profit intact, completely understandable and to be expected, and simply because our funding hasn't been sorted out yet, but I'm quite sure most investors will plunge back in again once things stabilise ,and the important funding issues get sorted. The MED GEL opportunity hasn't changed , just our funding needs. I'm remaining relaxed and calm, and very positive about our MED gels opportunities . Our SP will swing widely until funding and nerves get sorted.
I can completely understand anger and frustration towards fum and it's BOD, it's well justified and understandable.
GLA.
Zwartkops anyone with a half a brain in there head would know I'm not mystic meg, nobody knows fums final destination, nobody,
So no matter how hard I bang fums drums , it's unlike to alter people's buying patterns,
As long as you keep De-ramping / sub 20p , then I have no choice but to counteract you in some way, it's unfair to private investors to just let you can't on with no regard to other investors, I can distinguish between people who are justified in their loss and are genuinely upset and want a rant, and someone who's just doing it for fun, and mostly jumps in when fums shares are on the slide. And already taking a beating.
What's at the core of this , a open ended 3rd trials funding needs, we already knew this scenario was coming nearly a year ago, no surprises here, even back then I clearly stated that our licencing partners would most likely fund the 2nd part of our 3rd trial ,after they seen the results of the first part of the 3 rd trial, and it's looking good for a good result. Fum can't obviously bank on them funding the 2nd part of the 3rd trial, nothing's signed for yet , and that's why fum have to provide for alternatives to funding the open ended trial , to provide for every eventuality. It's only prudent and corporately a good move, so we can get a better licencing deal.
I'm not saying fum have got everything right today or ever, but today is mostly nerves and a over reacting to funding that could easily be paid for by a major pharmaceutical companies R&D development budgets. Pfizer what is there R&D budget about $ 8 billion dollars, at the moment fum can't declare who's ultimately paying for our open ended trial, because it's most likely a part of a MED GEL licence deal , that's my take on it, and yes of course I could be totally wrong, but I'm reasonable confident it will happen something like that, and just as our SP fell to below 6p and everyone lost nearly there complete confidence in fum , and yet we came out of the ashes to hit nearly 50p, I know it's torcher , but take out the funding issue and not much has changed from yesterday, except a SP and a very nervous sell off, yes understandable, but maybe not completely justifiable, we will see what the next few weeks and investment journalist think about this funding issue. And if it's paid for by a large pharmaceutical company our SP will possibly rocket.
Zwartkopts your more than justified to challenge me on my post, they might not be 100% correct if at all. But at least I'm trying to Reasonably justify my thinking in my post.
So tomorrow sub 20p or back to 43p , I don't know, somewhere in the middle I would hope, that's my best guess. But should fum bring any early positive clarification around this issue, then it's nearer 50p and very quickly.
Zwartkops I'm posting my thoughts here, I'm not a financial guru, nobody is really taking me that seriously here regarding share buying. GLA,
