Whilst I do think that the company will be a takeover target in the future, if there were any legitimacy to what is being said on other boards right now, the price would not be falling!

I did wonder whether they are looking for a presence in APAC and Mo did allude to building business in the region during his presentation.

I’m absolutely convinced now that this is being lined up for a sale and this largely reflects a tidying up exercise.

Good one Si, although the squid is in fact a squib; which was a firework. Saying that, it would annoy me too if I were igniting a squid (or any other cephalopod) expecting explosions of light, sound and colour.

We are all expecting news next week as it’s the results.

We are also expecting a ‘coinciding’ contract win, as has been form previously.

The share price rise indicates the same.

So, are you expecting anything else? Or is it just the above which we all know about?

Well they are obviously being mopped up as the price hasn't fallen. I suspect we will see a big buy go through either on the bell or tomorrow.

With regard to the RNS, whilst its good news I would prefer to see some contract wins.

Well now we know why the share price has been falling!

The value of the RNS’s needs to be significantly higher for a re-rate up. If there were one tomorrow, and it was another in line with market expectation (£5M), then it’s not going to help the SP.

It’s so far (2023) business as usual and that isn’t going to stimulate anything exceptional with the SP.

We need an exceptional RNS (or a string of them). The steady feed of £3-8M deals is fine, but we are just keeping pace with the £50 - £60M annual revenue which is the expectation. We need a few of the £300M contracts in the pipeline to come in and preferably within a short time frame.

There is planning permission granted to extend the ground floor of the QMB Centre, which I am not sure has been taken up yet. With £300M of potential contracts out there, they must have contingencies. There will have to be further capex if only half of these come in.

Hi Strictly - my only observation is that one £5M RNS a month for this business is not exceptional. Revenues of £50M - £60M per annum are factored into the price.

So we either need bigger or more frequent deals.

Margins will not improve significantly in the short term as we already have capacity issues which will require further investment.

Is this indicative a big order being filled?

The company state that they have £300M in contracts out for consideration. If the customer doesn’t like the offering, where else are they going to go?

Also, the customer can read the RNS’s just as we can. The price of performing the contract is surely no surprise to them! They wouldn’t have come to the table unless they expected to pay through the nose.

Let’s hope one or two land soon.

Over that period the Market Cap rose by 59.4M. The value of contracts was 15.2M. That represents £3.9M increase in market cap for each Million announced in a contract.......or about 65p on the share!
