We need to know how many shares will be required to float newco based on the NOMAD’s valuation/anticipated take up before we can ascertain the ratio (i.e. 1:2, 1:4 etc.).

Wondergoals/Citizenkane - we are all agreed this is a fantastic company and very different from oil exploration. Just offering up some balance.

I am a shareholder here. I was also a shareholder in Fastnet Oil & Gas (FAST). I did attend many FAST seminars where CF was the speaker (some can be found on line).

There were quite a few statements like: ‘we ( the directors) have made our money, it’s time we made it for the shareholders’ and ‘we know things we are not at liberty to tell you, but it’s all very positive’. The latter was said just prior to the results of a major oil drill being released and many bought in in anticipation. Suffice to say, it was a duster.

I do believe in this company strongly, but the enthusiasm needs to be tempered with some tangible outcomes.

Anyway, I’m a holder and I hope we are all successful. Cheers all!

Well I suppose he must have been 'sold' the job by Amryt management. He's clearly no fool, so he will have assessed the potential as well as the company's ability to survive (pay him). He's not an analyst, but it's an endorsement by someone who is clearly quite intelligent! Or am I clutching at straws?

In the short term, this trial is unlikely to impact on the share price. The findings are some way off. Lojuxta sales may however, but only if they exceed the €10M expectation. As an outside bet, and in view of the fact that they have recruited a VP with responsibility for alliances, we may hear something about a tie up with Amgen! That last paragraph has no evidence to back it up BTW (other than knowledge that a meeting between the 2 occurred in April).

Whilst the latest RNS is good news, I would much rather hear about newly licensed products or alliances. We have waited quite some time for an RNS and this would appear to be a little bit of a desperate attempt to get just anything out when not much else is happening. I hope I am wrong about that! I would have expected much more progress by now if I'm honest. Just my view and happy to debate!

There was apparently a broker note issued this AM which values the share at 60p +. Beaufort I believe.

Hi Radar I think its a combination of factors: 1. The results to 31 December 2016 showed a good mix of risk v revenues. 2. I know that the company were giving institutional presentations last week and the investment case is (in my view) compelling. Day to day operational costs (bar the phase 3) should easily be covered by Lojuxta and the phase 3 is supported by an €20M EIB facility and €8.5M in the bank. 3. The fact that we are in phase 3 for Episalvan and almost all companies in a phase 3 study right now are being snapped up. Amgen who have a competing product would be wise to have look at what we are doing - they most certainly are! 4. I think our market capitalisation is just too low relative to other companies in the same position and with a similar portfolio of products in the orphan drug arena. A re-rating therefore must be expected at some point. 5. The RNS last night, whilst a relateively small purchase by Ziener, shows confidence from a senior (non-Executive) board member. 6. We are seeing more fluid newsflow generally which in itself will raise investor interest. This is only my personal view. Thanks TI

I think the market is finally waking up to the potential! There was an RNS after market close yesterday but I doubt it would have had this effect alone, so maybe another is on the way!?

My money is on Amgen! They have the competing product (and the cash).

Hi radar It's very good news that this is underway. I am told that 70% of phase 3 studies are successful and that as a result many companies in phase 3 are bought up. I don't know whether this is true. I am pleased also that we are trying to negate some of the high risk with a portfolio of established drugs such that if we do fail, we have a plan B. I bought into oil and gas and I'm now learning about pharma! What next I wonder? ThinIce (Your son)

Innocoll are at this time in discussions over a potential offer for the entire share capital of the company (16 March 2017 news release).

Results are to 31 December 2016 so I doubt there will be anything material included on Lojuxta which was only announced early December 2016. A forward looking statement may reveal more!
