If Mr Clover is an astute and clever man, which from his CV he clearly is IMHO, he would have concluded that being able to exercise his share options at over 2p is as close to a racing certainty as you can get. Otherwise, why did he bother to accept the options as a part of his incentive/remuneration package? Based upon that line of thinking, the only question for me is, when will the SP pass 2p? It is not a question of if in that context.

As a rule, I do not invest in pre-revenue or revenue generating but loss making businesses.

ALRT is a pure, somewhat educated, punt for me and I am prepared to risk losing my investment if it blows up, as the potential upside is, IMHO, massive.

The Bollies are currently indicating a drift down to around 1.26p by 26th February, without news. That would be a 10% fall from where we sit this morning.

The big question is, if you are confident on ALRT's future prospects, when should you buy the current dip?

Personally, I am going to wait for now and see if the Bollies prove correct. Why? I would rather not buy more now and risk a 10% loss over the next 3 weeks or so. Will 1.26p be the bottom of this cycle? Who knows, I certainly don't.
