This doesnt seem right re the number of shares? the Company confirms that, following the issue of the Conversion Shares its issued share capital will, upon Admission comprise 1,112,334,912 Ordinary Shares..
I agree - I guess the BERKBOYS still feel a bit burnt by the situation there and may feel a more cautious as a result when it comes to PA. Having said this - I do feel myself that this business is going to be very significant and I am looking forward to hearing about the Financing plan for this, hope it is in great favour to shareholders and then after that it will be UP and UP..
It is positive that work has begun there and it looks good too. However one thing came to mind with Paul is that he used to lead the Berkeley Energia project and he got it all set up years ago, people working, establishing the site and even spent a small fortune on getting an actual crusher on site. BKY shareholders were thinking This is all going to happen! This was quite a while ago now and the mine STILL is not authorised to operate and start things years on. Thought I would just share this observation I made. I appreciate this is a different mineral business but it does show you that this is not guaranteed even with people working there. My take is it will all happen and financing will come in for this but for the ultra careful who are looking for signs of hope and glory, dont look at this sign as a guaranteed all is fine sign. Its just BAU Paul Atherley. He does great work but this is not the sign to look for that all is smooth going. Financing at this level will require significant work and these are big numbers and it wont be a walk in the park exercise. This is pushing Paul's credibility to the limit and a lot at stake here for him but he will get there I am sure.
that Hannam note indicates 80p by end of June. What is expected to happen between now and the end of June? I read a comment below referring to higher share price expected by end of June - if you could enlighten me on this it would be appreciated.
Just picked up some of this today. Looks like the general market hasn't got this on the radar which is good. Cheap seats at the moment. Once this starts to become more exposed to the market I am certain the price of this stock is going to develop really well for right now the volumes are low and great time to buy.
I firmly believe the Helium business they have will do really well and will one day pay dividends which will effectively pay off the purchase price of the HE1 stocks at today levels pretty quickly. I am not ramping and not thinking like this. I am invested in the project long term for it to be a success one way or another and it is going to make a lot of KASH and todays value of HE1 will be LONG GONE.
HE1 was the first company to pick up licences in Tanzania dedicated to helium exploration. As a result, it has been able to get its pick of the prospective areas to license. It is viewed as having the best undeveloped unexplored helium prospectivity in the world and HE1 had the serendipitous first-mover advantage as the founders recognised the potential.
CEO David Minchin - "It's a great number, however it could have been a lot higher." "The sky is the limit (for SP) on a good discovery... we're looking forward to getting on the ground and making 20 pence look like old news"
the upside is all there till drilling time. at drilling time everyone will hold their breath and then yeah it could be straight down or up.... I don't really see any downside, except for profit takers along the way, till actual drilling time.
I reckon this is going to be BIG. When the day comes where our boat gets the signal that it is time to move it will be extremely volatile on the boat the screaming of joy will be IMMENSE. I am just so glad I have a cracking seat in all this.
I think we need to keep the faith that the Berks will be doing everything that they can to get the permit and ensure a safe operating and working environment for this mine. Let's not forget it is an excellent project promoting much needed clean energy and sustained economic revival to an area in desperate need of economic activity and funded development.
RE: El CSN culpa de los retrasos en la mina de uranio de Retortillo a la mala calidad de la documentació13 Apr 2021 10:04
Interesting - thanks for sharing. The market doesnt seem to have reacted to this news. I am surprised the Berks have not done a quality job with regards to submissions in support of the permit application process. If this is indeed true - I am highly disappointed in them as my impression was they were exceptionally astute and detailed with everything they do in relation to the permits.
Thanks - my understanding is that it doesnt matter what way the vote goes for the Berks because it seems the mine is not caught up in this ban due it being an existing process. Am I correct? If I am - why isn't everyone celebrating? Is it because the final permit isnt issued yet (but being currently being considered on existing process basis)? Is that the ONLY reason?
