I just had a thought - maybe they are doing these presentations to drum up increased awareness for potential new investors so that they are made aware of all the potential, BEFORE they release RNS so that it is a SUPER-Bang rather than a Bang with less people knowing about the project. So this could very well be a clever strategic move to boost the investor base in advance of an RNS.

thanks for this - its a great presentation and it is hard to think it could all go belly up 1-2 months after that came out and that they are still presenting it - so it bodes well - a good sign - probably still working out the fine details before any RNS can be sent out --- they actually indicate on slide 11 that they are still evaluating Phase II 2D Seismic info. Indeed this boosts my confidence greatly. Just a matter of HOLDING ON.

Yes they can only tell us when they succeed or fail. Cant say after all this time that things be going smoothly here. They could fail. I am sure they are aware of the concerns from shareholders for a while now, they probably get loads of emails about it asking what is happening - so a forced silence in place as they cant say anything good and if they say they having difficulties that will floor the stock price to the ground so Id say something isnt going well and they extremely reluctant to disclose this (ie) cant really put out an "update". Meanwhile, DM continues to try attract new investors telling them how important Helium is and invest in us and they will just look at the share price and chat boards about the stock and question him, it would be embarrassing. Thats why I am very concerned about the competence levels here as a failure after all this time is unforgive level for the shareholders who were in from earlier last year and put their trust in Minch believing he had the competence level to make all this come together successfully. I do hope I am wrong with all this and remain invested and hopeful!!

if he is doing presentations to attract new investors it hasn't worked so far and would suggest that no discussions are cooking behind the scenes re a JV. Maybe he simply doesnt have enough funds to convince a buy for use of a drill - I am wondering what happened to all the cheap water drilling for near surface helium discovery that he started to tell us about last year?? I thought Shallow Drilling with part of the plan but that clearly hasn't happened. Great geology team there, but I am not convinced DM is up for this job as CEO. he doesnt have much invested in this so no real serious skin in this project, and from looking at twitter comments the same message is loud and clear, shareholders requesting update on drill programme and the continued silence in the face of genuine questions about this given he said it be all sorted and news flow will be steady about this post Q1 - find all this a bit puzzling. a real shame really -- we need a transparent CEO who is responsive to market concerns.

Yes, I take this as a good sign and increases the profile of the project and its immense potential to bring so many benefits to the region and for shareholders. My only hope for this presentation is that he puts forward new updates for us to show that progress is actually being made and Q3 drilling plans still in place.

true and I get that - I am wondering why he hasn't made more effort to engage with investors to build that trust and credibility up again in a big way - clearly he hasn't and so if this goes south then yeah this be a scandal and everyone loses with no reason to lose as so much resources and earth to explore for. Thats why I feel positive that its something cooking in the background requiring him to be quiet and delayed.... there is some mining meet investors thing in two weeks if he pulls out from that then that be a worrying sign. so I guess all eyes on that now?

I believe there was a radio interview in Ireland two weeks ago where Minch clearly states drilling plans for Q3 in place. If that wasnt the case then he, as CEO of the business, would be misleading the market /listeners / investors and thats a big no-no to do so I remain confident as a result.

Yes the fundamentals are there for sure I just dont understand why the silent treatment towards shareholders especially when we are long overdue the plan of action that DM promised by end Q1 - we are now several weeks over that end-Q1-indication and I am wondering why?.... we can only speculate but surely they cant have a negative upcoming. It would be horrible for everyone involved here and completely dishonour the 50 year helium research (Oxford Uni) story in the RUKWA - its got to be a success - I cant picture it being a dud project - so I am excited about the months ahead rather than the days ahead...

Well now Easter and UK Bank holiday season is over next week could see a news update I hope so anyway - cant wait to hear the news update with what they have been doing with the data and agreed on drill partner, the plan ahead etc - will be really good as I really want them to get on with proving a Helium Discovery primed for commercial success!

sounds very clear to me that we are looking at some major drilling taking place in Q3 this year. Wow - cant wait - 10p stocks going to be a long held memory only soon....

Helium One Global Ltd was founded in September 2015. The Company's focus is to explore, develop, and ultimately, become a producer of high-grade helium for the international market, a critical material essential in modern technologies.
Investors are currently waiting for a plan of action for a multi site drill program expected to commence Q3/Q4 2022. Recent comments from CEO indicate late stage negotiations currently in place with drill/rig element of the programme, that he feels the current share price is way under valued and that he believes the entire Rukwa basin has been derisked for a helium discovery this year.
So its a matter of finding Helium that can be extracted and sold to market. They have evidence it is there in a huge quantity, It is believed that should the word 'discovery' be confirmed the share price will increase significantly from todays 10p range.

yeah as much as it LOOKS like a very worrying situation with licences needing renew Q3 Q4 this year the government will not be looking to strip HE1 of the rights to discover Helium when they are currently in the process of working out all the geology conclusions and all the business arrangements etc - this is going to be a multi site drill programme this is going to be massive and thats why they issues 200m extra shares as they probably going to blow that on extra funding to fund the full programme of multi drill program of works - its going to be MUCH BIGGER this time - not just a tiny little TAI again.
Lets remember they now have a much more experienced and diverse skill set team on board - this is much more the real deal than it was last year and as Minch constantly says the project is more DERISKED than ever -
so its not just going to be sorry guys, cant find a drill, we need to delay another year. they would lose licenses, lose credibility, lose their OWN MONEY and potential future financial security, etc etc - no incentive to get this wrong. Keep the faith! ONWARDS AND UP-UP-UPWARDS!!!!

I REALLY HOPE that this HE1 team have got what it takes to make all this come together as expected.
the lack of communication always concerns me because they could very easily send a message to market that negotiations on the plans are still in discussion and expecting an announcement shortly. Nothing wrong with that. So their silence is not helpful especially when they openly told us all plans will be revealed by end March 2022. Its a month late and still counting with no news at all. Really isnt helpful at all. The only way I can justify this in my end is that two options (1) they are in an extremely difficult situation for some reason and they are trying to rectify it quickly but havent yet hence delay in news and silence because they dont want the market to freak out (2) they are working on something so market sensitive that they are in a closed period where nothing can leak at all hence the silence on everything.

I remember Minch saying HE1 would be a price maker should they discover what they assess is there. Also worth mentioning here that HE1 would no longer be a 10-30p stock anymore should any discovery be confirmed irrespective of sale price is the years ahead of their product.

I like that idea to “spend £15 million or so and let them find a drill team & consumables. The rig is mine, they just use it for a couple of years. In the event of a discovery I'd want options of 100 million shares @ 10p
All goes tits up I get my rig back and sell it for £12 million plus”

Question I have is WHY HASN’T ANYONE ACTUALLY DONE THIS?

If you win tonight Euromillions this cash, how would you integrate your life in to HE1? Buy a million £ of shares slipping in small 20k buys over a week getting an average of 14p? Buy them a Drill? Offer them £10m of cash funding and on what terms? Let’s be real here- if you win £100m tonight would you CALL MINCH?

I really can’t wait to hear the update from HE1. what their choice of equipment is and on what terms, what sites they plan to dig in to and why, when what how why etc it’s going to be good.

If he did it last year too then that’s no good because it failed as it broke and was found to be the wrong type of drill to use.

I think ultimately it has to work - one way or another they have great incentives to make this work for all shareholders. I am certain this cannot be a problem, just taking more time to sort out the details, get the legal wording/docs in place, government approvals, choice of drill/rig and reaching consensus with geology outputs, where to drill etc - I agree they should not have said the full plan be outlined by end Q1 - they should give themselves some fat on all these timelines so that we can relax a bit more as well and it keeps them in credible position. As it stands right now - I suspect all is good - maybe Minch is on Easter holiday still maybe Ian is on an island taking it easy looking forward to releasing next week's RNS, with today's share price being the end of the cheap era for HE1 stocks, once they have a plan, and release it, this stock will lift nicely and that be it - - these are all very valid assumptions too. I doubt the plot from the movie GOLD is playing out.
