Thanks for your responses. I think I would like to see more of the funding arrangements first as its so material that the common shareholder will certainly feel some pain at todays prices. I am not sure but I only express my own opinion here knowing I could be wrong. I just feel the funding to get all this sorted out will need to come from a very large arrangement and on what terms? I look forward to PRE developing to a production level and I see many more opportunities to jump on board here and make some good money but right now I feel there are other better options to consider.

excuse me for a bit of confusion on my part here maybe you can clarify - I was looking back over the last few RNS announcements and see a funding at 120p but then they issued themselves with free stock which could then be sold on open market and thereby pay them back for their 120p level funding? I found that a bit odd.

of course it is oversold! The BERKS failed to get the necessary go-ahead to conduct the business they spent years trying to set up and off the ground.
Getting a reversal on the no-go decision will take a long time. This is going to be a very long drawn out fight. So of course it is oversold.
There are better ways to invest your money - BERK buyers today are simply gambling in the hope a reversal will be imminent but why take that gamble? Its game over from my perspective and certainly not worth holding any funds here.
Best to wait it out until some clear direction from a legal perspective and in the meantime look at HELIUM ONE if you want to make all your BERK losses back.

That is really wishful thinking. If you want to make any money back on the BERKS go in to HELIUM ONE. That will sort you out nicely in due course.

BOLSA BERKS are still suspended. Hate to think where they will be when they are switched back on again. I think they are part of the IBEX index too. Here on LSE, anyone getting out now at 20p could call themselves really lucky as I see this one going down a lot more than where it is now. 5p anyone?

I wonder who would be buying at 20p? Clearly this is over and even if they get the go ahead via legal means, it will take years. This is a big blow for investors. I am just so thankful I DEBERKED a while back (with massive losses) but glad I am not on this slide today. The BOLSA is suspended with the BERKS - what a horror show over there for unfortunate investors who believed in their own country. I feel for all those unemployed in SALAMANCA who now have NO HOPE AT ALL of getting decent work as this MINE was the ONLY really big employer in the area.

yes I was thinking that eventually when all is kicking in 3-4 years time the dividends will come pouring out from it (the Tanzanian government will certainly want theirs!!!) and so by that we will also be paid dividends and they will make the investment we are all in today in the 20WING completely refunded.

this is a HUGE moment for HELIUM ONE. It is very fitting that the CEO go to site to be part of this massive event for the organisation. The traps are identified, the helium is leaking up to the surface around the edges because the traps are FULL OF HELIUM this is my interpretation from what I read.

ok yes I would accept a £5 buy-out (if I had no choice) but would prefer to hold on as it goes further on this point in a research paper: "Further to this are the follow- on prospects that are not included in our NAV and its other exploration areas."... so there is a LOT MORE TO GO FOR over and above existing plans.

if there was a buy out would not the shareholders have to approve? If so, I understand the majority of shareholders are retail so nothing will go cheap here this is a very very valuable resource to be invested in and I would hate a takeover that gives us a £1 or something cheap like that.

if Good news as expected I reckon it will rocket fast and eventually will get to around £1.20 pending second area to be drilled. if no good then immediately down to 5p and wait for 2nd drill which is that was successful will definitely hit £1. Then we would wait for drill 3.

Yes I agree - I am a bit concerned about the NO NEWS for the last two weeks since getting regular updates on the details of it all coming together. Almost as if something stopped it all dead in its tracks. I bet I am wrong and all is good, but I am wondering why no news at all..
