We are now in 2nd week of Q3 and no plans announced. Do you reckon we will make it this year or is this a slow ball drag out till they simply say it will now be 2023 when they drill Tai3? I cant keep thinking "what have they been doing all year why are they not sorted on the drill months ago??" - loads of eager investors willing to stump up for a major drilling campaign yet they not take advantage of this? What does Minch do in the UK what have they been doing all this time? the roadshow obviously generated no interest as we have 8p share price. (ie) no serious buying going on...
I dont get all this - and then in the end they get a second hand possible junk yard unused for a while drill and put Humpty Dumpty back together again on such an important project - I have natural concerns. I remain invested but it doesnt remove my questions and thoughts on this...I dont mind some dilution to make SURE this is a success. Crazy approach winging it on Humpty Dumpty and one hole target.. what about all the other targets they indicate they have identified? They are all irrelevant if Tai is a fail. the stock will plummet and that be it, licenses issues to people who are serious and know what they doing and HE1 told they blew their chance.

Still a lot of very sceptical people on HE1 and the MINCH CREW and I understand that - fair enough and that is why we have buyers and sellers of the stock. Personally Im pretty positive about it all, but I understand the scepticism of this project becoming a major success and that is what we call for Buyers the RISK PREMIUM. For if the scepticism is correctly placed then the Buyers and Holders today lose the lot. If not, and the positives are correctly placed with a Helium Discovery eventually being announced then the upside will be so big so its a RISKY BET. Thats why we have buyers and sellers, positive people and negative people - all fair play.

Maybe when they finished the scans they go over the results and come up with a drill plan of likely Helium targets to explore and discover in. Thats the geo team - so since around April/May they surely would have concluded this.
The drill man and Minch only have to source the right drill and financing, funding etc and manage relationships with shareholders and other stakeholders in the country. Based on it being nearly a year since the last stuff up - and apart from investor presentations on the 121 Mining roadshow what has come from that and what on earth have they actually been doing all this time over the last year with regards to getting the basics right for Q3 drill programme? Its not rocket science here to organise this and manage the project successfully considering all elements. Given their target now to drill around end Q3 and Q4, I suspect we wont hear anything about drill and associated info until end July and then August is transportation and site set up with drilling in September. Then in Q4 a declaration of commercially discovered HELIUM and thats done - becomes a proof of entire RUKWA concept, shares will BOOM and on and upwards from there I suppose towards a production type of business along with constant drilling in other sites within the area to expand resource. So with a bit of patience, as much as its been tested, ultimately, my impression is they will get there.

there is always a rough road to huge successes. Not easy for retail investors but they will get there.

there is a decent team onboard too for quite some time, are they working full time? What would they be doing now given the main thing going on right now is the drill audit program, then to site, then drill (using other people), - given that we havent had any news on any results from scanning the ground late last year /early this, what have these people been doing all this time? I suspect that once the drill audit successfully concluded and announced to market, we will also hear about these results of scanning etc - so much I hope will become a lot clearer for us investors.

yes I agree - I think it is fearful for most of us this could all go belly up but reality is that Helium One will ultimately discover as planned and when it does this 8p price be long gone - even if it happens in a years time at multiples of todays price it is still really worth it.

yes I am perplexed why nothing more has come from Minch telling us last year about drilling and testing shallow targets using a cheaper type of water drill to do the job. What happened to that and he hasnt mentioned it since. Many questions - many many questions....with no answers. I am just hoping for the best -

Yes I agree - I am surprised they haven't got the drill sorted weeks ago in Q1. It cant be rocket science to sort that out and they are supposed to be smart people. What about the results from the scanning and works they have been doing late last year /Q1 this year - nothing said about that which I find a bit strange. Then we get a drill and drill Tai and get a Discovery - boom - wow that be great. But thats the only road they appear to have planned for all this time, I would have thought they would have Plan B and C to ensure mitigating of failure risk on Plan A.

Its only been 4 weeks since last update; they obviously will be working to conclude a successful audit, making sure all is working as spec'd and that an agreement on terms of using the drill etc. Should be expecting an update soon on this. Extremely low volumes on the trading creating a reducing share price but ultimately once we get confirmation of the drill is ready to do and the work is going to kick in, the vols will pick up and price will inevitably rise on the back of good news. No reason to suspect bad news, I doubt Minch would have chosen a piece of old junk to support his Discovery moment. The audit is just a BAU thing to do prior to signing the agreement.

I remember a while ago when I first invested that the long term potential could be that HE1 actually develop in to a Helium Airways type of company fuelled by their very own HELIUM SUPPLIES underneath the "airport" with global reach transport options. Would be incredible, new and a BOOM for us investors as well for environmentalists etc - plus also very laid back travel experience too.

could be for tax reasons or expiry date coming up for them - why would cashing in warrants mean imminent news - makes no difference if stock is 100p or 10p, still can cash in your warrants at 2p for example as long as they aren't expired... interested to hear if there are other angles to it, I wonder who would have these bargain warrants.. anyone know how many warrants on HE1 are still outstanding?

there is going to be a LOT of excitement coming up with the commencement of the drilling being planned and then starting - I suspect there will be HUGE FOMO - will be explosive stuff this one....

Yes - but with better more heavyweight equipment this time. Same sort of deal though yes. Lots of upside for all involved. I am looking forward to reading the next RNS about what the details of the drill plan are and who and what and compensation terms etc.

My take on this would be that the first drill is paid in cash and RNS details a multi drill plan articulating further sites and rationale which will be funded by equity, with the option to drop out from the project if no HE is discovered after 3rd drill completed, but options of course to drill a full suite of sites post a HE discovery confirmation.

My interpretation is that HE1 are securing the rig to drill back at TAI. That infers to me that it will be one heavyweight drill down to the depths - ONE HOLE ONLY (ie) TAI.

Apparently - There are currently no open short positions in Helium One..

the way I look at the volumes traded I feel there is no real NEW money coming in to this project. Its all just low value adhoc trades and nothing big and new which is disappointing really. It could be it come stay like this for a while until they prove a discovery? I believe there are 3 further positive catalysts - 1. Confirmation of RIG, the compensation package to secure that, the specific timeline involved to be reading to drill at the site, and hopefully more than one drill in the deal. 2. Confirmation all licenses have now been renewed with no issues, 3. Drilling has started followed by a confirmed discovery of HE which demonstrates the economics of the project are now going to become real.
