Thanks for that - yes I consider this a total failure of Minch he has made the project extremely risky and like you say, so much BS - its a real shame. " there is nothing here to invest in at this time" says it all doesnt it. On that alone, Minch should be demoted from CEO to GEO Team with a new leader to come in and get this project Reinvigorated, Refreshed, Revived, Strengthened... here we are now waiting for a wet season drill next year on a one shot hope we get a discovery. I dont call that good performance from project lead after all this time.

no, not new money via placing, just more interest and buying of the HE1 STOCK on AIM. Stuff that gives strength and confidence to the share price. So if that if not happening, even after these amazing presentations by HE1 management then it tells me that there is no confidence in this project. If there was, people wold be seeing an easy double money situation here from 7 to 14p is nearly guaranteed (to me anyway), but no one else agrees with me as no one is buying much HE1 - that is what I mean when I say "Where is the new money!?" -

In Lorna's presentation - it says "The company are currently gearing up for a 2022 Phase II Drilling campaign in the hope to refine their understanding of the helium potential in the region and accelerate exploration activity in a helium-focused province." and this is for a presentation where right now we know that is not happening.

yeah all good to read articles claiming shortages and values up but focusing on HE1 - the project have had over a year to source a DRILL and failed all along - taking us for fools saying they will drill in wet season now, having previously said they have to drill before wet season kicks in - so they are misleading again and dont ever forget that TAI 1 failed, then they said ok we doing TAI2 and that gave a lift for the insiders to trade out before they declare its a total screw up and entire fail and non delivery of a multi drill campaign. This is extremely dodgy project management and given they are managing a project with stock listed in the cap markets of London they should have been investigated and booted out but that didnt happen - we now been told another ball drag story that all is cool and we drilling in wet season now!! - all they will do is drag it all out further to Q2/Q3 2023 and on it goes. Shocking that the Board with Ian Stalker onboard that he himself finds this an acceptable manner to lead a project of this scale and potential. Lorna likely a great geologists - hats off to her and Minch is probably a great geologist as well - but these are not project leads - they need to be in the geo team and a more effective and experienced project lead needs to be onboarded to take all this forward.

where is new money - all the presentations, and claims of HUGE STOCKS OF HELIUM - but no NEW MONEY - isnt that a CEO responsibility as well - to find new and bigger investors - dont see any proof of that working out very well. I have said before about CEO needs replacing - and I do stand by this - we need a new leader who is able to take this project ahead to the next phase of drilling, investor relations, enhanced ability to deliver - etc etc - Jan/Feb could be wet obviously - they havent even explained the obvious questions - why you telling us you got it sorted for wet season drilling - dragging this along - thats why no new money and share price 6-7p. Im not deramping - just failed leadership and failed on all deliverables and cant even keep a website updated. Poor leadership, more management, poor investor relations, poor everything -- BUT we have last RNS saying January its all on. Lets see. Dont see investors jumping onboard. Project needs a refresh and new leadership.. if he struggled to get a drill organised after over a year - which if does have in place for drilling in January then a fluke - not skill - everything is a FLUKE. How on earth given CEO lack of abilities will he be capable of taking a discovery beyond that? He is not a business man he is a geologist and thats it.

well he failed last year and he failed this year. These are facts. Costing shareholders an absolute fortune in loss potential - and saves the day by delaying yet again to early 2023 which we all know is in the rainy season.
He has no idea how to run the news flow to support the share price, how to raise capital to fund a multi drill campaign and his communication over the time nothing has come true. You cant have this from a CEO of a listed company. He needs to be replaced.

exactly betKarma - I am hoping for a new CEO to take this forward. Someone who can reinvigorate this project and take it to another level for us. Its still a one shot situation - I want to see a MULTI DRILL campaign. Doing all this work for a truck/drill and then to take it to TAI and say OK GUYS WE GOT ONE SHOT AT THIS - doesnt strike me as very smart nor forward looking for the project to be a going concern...

Good to listen to - be keen to hear anyones thoughts on what he said etc - he treats our investment like it is his own cash, well - lets hope he doesnt LOSE IT. Should this time, he is talking about something that does end up happening then, the new year will ring in some huge potential gains for all of us upon Discovery in January. So we get dragged along with great hopes still.... I still want to see him and Ian put some of their own cash in to the game here... to give us that extra confidence to what he is implying will happen now...

Indeed you right - what I would take comfort from is some BIG buy in from the leadership team especially Minch and Ian. if they do that then investors can take great comfort that they have serious skin in teh game at this point in the project. At the moment it is "if the project does well they can make loads from it through options" but if it does not work out "Oh well, we dont get to use the options but we dont lose much anyway" and I dont like that position at this time in the project. I would want to see Ian put a £1m in to this and Minch something meaningful.

I wonder how much they are spending on getting this up to reliable operational level. I would have gone to market earlier this year saying I want to do a multi drill campaign based on the latest scan work we have done identifying a lot more opportunity, did a 15p raise for £10-15m and then got myself an drill ops team with the drill and got right in to it, drilling multiple sights, all over Jul > Sep and now we would be saying we have a discovery and the stock price be flying. What an idiot. I dont have much regard for MINCH anymore. Useless. Really bad for shareholders.

Thats why I say Porky - Minch has to go - there has to be someone MUCH better than him to take this project forward. He is a disgrace to the legacy of all the genuinely hard work done over the decades in this area to have someone running a project who is a spinner of info, so that he constantly is able to spin crap and get away with it is a no go for me. We need a clear plan, realistic outcomes and delivery on those. He cant do it. Your post is clear - its unbelievable that he is still lead of the Project.

Ive said it before - saying it again - MINCH needs to go. He has completed screwed this up over the last TWO YEARS and put everyones investment at serious RISK. I would fire him myself if I could. I would recruit a more appropriate person to take this project forward.
