Next RNS I am hopeful that HE1 will confirm the following:

We have confirmed Rig Contract Hire or Purchase announced
We have confirmed Export Documentation approval announced
We have confirmed Hauliers to move Rig from Kenya to Tai
We have confirmed Licence renewals from Tanzanian Ministry of Energy and Minerals
We have confirmed Contract with BH, just a LOI, and if they get a better offer in the interim, they won't hesitate
We have confirmed Trackway Matting on site/ site preparation to allow wet weather Drilling
We are financed well or have taken in another £5m in private funding to ensure constant drilling throughout 2023.

I hope that this comes right - I hope the team are doing everything that they can do to get this drill mobilised to RUKWA as soon as possible and that the BH equipment slots right in to place early Jan and we have discovery mid to late January as per MINCH's plan of action.

it doesn't seem like anyone on HE1 team is actually accountable for anything. No one on the Board appears to be influencing with positive contributions either. project lead doesnt deliver on mandate, no communications to shareholders when they clearly would be aware with such a high % of retail investors on this project that concerns are running red hot right now -- it could be red alert in their offices though that they have failed and have multiple issues and therefore buckling around trying to work out what next steps are. Highly concerning. My biggest fear with these guys is an RNS suspending shares and declaring the project a failure. But obviously I am here with HOPE - hope that they declare the rig is cleared for mobilisation to RUKWA and all on. Would be a Huge Relief!!

Yes I really meant the failed drill (for whatever reason it was) - why not straight away get back in to it once geology work concluded - such massive delays and this was before Russia Ukraine war started -- I remain invested, just a seriously puzzling experience.

Would Lorna's presentation about the Helium associated geology of the RUKWA be considered this? If so, there may be rationale as to why this hasnt been released to wider market since it could hold an intangible "value" for the HE1 business and therefore its disclosure remains a tightly held/controlled source of info. Which would then be a great thing for HE1?
I still cant get my head around all this "how could this project team really screw this up so badly and potentially fatally??" - surely there has to be something good going on behind the scenes that will eventually explain the lack of engagement and perceived skills of the project lead and his team and his advisors (ie) BOD? I mean this is seriously shambolic if there is nothing to cause me to think otherwise... when Randy failed on the drills back in 2021, why didnt Minch straight away work for the right equipment and get in there again after the scanning completed end 2021/early 2022? if nothing explains any of this and the project and activities "as it is" then wow what a mind-blowing Mess... I really hope that something will happen that will make all this make sense.

For me, if we get clearance to mobilise our new Humpty to the RUKWA - from that moment of confirmation, the risk for me on this goes down a LOT. For I believe they will drill properly this time and will declare a discovery which is what I am invested for. The share price movement will rocket instantly you cant buy in properly when it is on the move like that, nothing big anyway so best for me to sit tight and wait for this to all to be sorted out. Frustrating as it is - thats where we are for me right now it is all about getting that particular drill to site and then wait for BH equipment and then all on from there.

nothing comes out from HE1 as a WOW for the Market. There are always delays that create concerns, then when RNS is released, annoyingly it always has a "we are pleased to announce..... BUT ..... " and its always the case, that huge BUT in every single delayed news release. as it is turning out that these BUTs are major threats to project delivery. I am kinda waiting for news now so delayed like you say 3 weeks since and one would expect export to be relatively straight forward so my concern is now a RNS comes out saying pleased to confirm that we will be taking up a RIG discussion with another party and look forward to confirming a drill programme mid 2023. Just like that. Thats the MINCH style. So on it goes... Are all these people on the team on full time wages? Surely this project isnt a full time job for everyone.

I dont understand why they would select any equipment so vital to the project such as a rig that has associations and/or issues with export restrictions -- madness -

Thanks HeliumBull - option 1 is good and once I have confirmation the RIG is cleared and mobilising to RUKWA I think at that point I will be happy as I am confident that once they drill they will find and discover and like you say, the market will adjust accordingly. Its not an easy ride with this one - but pay off will be great. I still hold my frustrations though and feel they could have done a better job with all this but it is what it is and now we await clearance for rig mobilisation.

Yes however only a very small number of people attended that from what I heard - you can probably verify that - also - as investors in this project we have a direct interest in that information no matter how much geological knowledge is required and it has not be disclosed to the market. If it was great assuring news and released to market for investors to make what they want from it, fine, but that hasnt happened. Why not? We have recd absolutely nothing from HE1 on the results of all their scanning work done 2021/early 2022. I think now they are being extra careful how they disclose info to market so not to break any rules should they be on the way to declaring the project a failure. All I got is a Oxford PhD research, a hyped up investor pack with all the info there and a failed drilling campaign (having used the cheap and wrong drill option) with dodgy disclosure on Tai2 (which I believe was insider behaviour) and that they meaning to get a drill sorted out and one option after the other not working out - I am sure I am not alone in my thoughts here that they COULD be dragging all this along with a adverse skill & care. Still, I am holding strong and remain hopeful this works out

is there a chance this whole project is a fraud? apparently there were only around 20 people watching Lorna's geo presentation, nothing Minch is doing is resulting in any project developments that support value to share price, really weird experience with this bunch - they could just be dragging everything along from one thing to another of no significance until they just simply pull the plug on the project - at these prices I cant get out without huge losses - I didnt realise I would be mislead so badly with this. I am hopeful of course that I am silly and wrong and all will come right -- great resource, great history to the area in terms of the helium research done - crap project management to make it happen - I guess the people in the know are in and out already with gains and the people carrying ALL the risk are just people like you and me. Typical.

this is even a chance that there is no back up Rig and that comment was chucked in to the RNS to stabilise a potential wipe out -> 3 weeks on from audit conclusion and still sits there unable to be moved to RUKWA. Appalling outcome of efforts by Minch since the failed TAI 1 & 2 last year. I was also under the impression the team behind HE1 have years and years of experience in Africa - cant say I see much worth of all that experience they go on about themselves with if cant.even get the equipment in place to drill and test for Helium in the Rukwa since they established themselves with that mandate.

Blubay about those warrants why would someone putting their 2p warrants to market for live trading ability based on news? They could do this anytime even if the shares were 100p. the only reason why I can see someone would want to do that urgently if they felt they would be worthless soon - is this a fair understanding?

surely trucks and equipment be travelling all over Africa all the time 24/7 why is it that our equipment has been singled out for major export hassle around trying to get it moved out of the yard having been fixed up? if they purchased it, yes maybe needs to do some extra paperwork but assuming they are renting it surely it would be straight forward as the ownership would remain in Kenya?

everything has now become less about the investment case regarding potential, declaration of facts and eventual action of extracting a huge stock of Helium and much more so now on MINCH and his ability to deliver.
The share price is obviously reflecting not the potential of the project but the MINCH himself. Hence why it is now such a risky investment. No one is buying in to this anymore because of lack of ability of the project lead to get the basic fundamentals sorted out in time and being true to his word. He has had many cards in his hands and squandered most of them - like I say - it will be a fluke now; every step of good development will be a fluke.
