Helium One Global: Has been informed that the current operator of the Exalo drill rig in southern Africa has amended their contract with Exalo to allow for an extension of their operations for a period of up to twelve-months
Through the execution of a non-binding MOU, announced on the 22nd of November, the Company had understood that the Exalo rig was due to be mobilised to our Rukwa licence area in early 2023
The Company continued in good faith to negotiate detailed mobilisation and logistics arrangements until unexpectedly notified on the 2nd of January that contract terms between Exalo and the operator had changed

the Exalo set up was Plan B.
Now we need Plan C and hopefully in this effort they can establish a Plan D and Plan E.
Not selling, just have to Hold until Discovery at some point.

Yes a good opportunity to quietly top up at these prices before heavier vols and build up to spud fuels excitement in this stock and it wont be 7p over that build up...

at these levels IMO is nearly guaranteed gains.

HE1 reported in the Geology presentation, that they now believe last year drill was in the wrong spot / or not in ideal spot - does that mean that even if they had correct drill that it wouldnt have been a discovery?

I agree. It's a great development to have Noble in the area too. Maybe long term a partnership? who knows....

well we now know how expensive drilling is so Noble can come up with whatever they like in terms of what they would like to do BUT the ££ will be the reality at the end of the day. They going to need a lot of money to deliver an extensive drilling programme.

the latest tweet from HE1 refers to funding being $9.9m not £9.9m - its £9.9m in reality correct?

I am visualising Helium Production Plants scattered over the RUKWA and other two areas, all in full swing operated by Helium One Global. Multi billion market cap. Big strategic player.

soon the 5p raise will be LONG FORGOTTEN and everyone will be focusing on the actual DRILLING and be buying in to that surely, so this is easy money for people investing at these levels.

exactly NiceN. I agree. We should have had access to 5p stocks too and they have had a long time to organise this for us but no... only a select few get 5p and make a huge profit straight away.

if the placing shares arent available to trade with until 19 December who/what type of sellers could be offloading 50,000,000 shares so far today??

offered to the staff and elite select group of investors - all they will do is trading out there placing in the lead up to the drill with 30-50% gains EASILY over a couple months - so the downward pressure on stock price with these vols selling out pre drilling will probably keep this share price depressed below 10p in lead up to drill - as its still an all or nothing drill. They got an extra couple million on top but that doesnt fund another drill which appears to cost £7m per hole so it will be used to pay their salaries until they work out what to do next should Tai fail. IMO. DYOR.

IMO they pre agreed 7p with some strategic investors and then at the last min they called Minch and said 5p take or leave it and out the RNS went with late minute adjustments hence why we see 5p and 7p on the document. If you had £7m you wouldnt be able to get in to this project with 5p stocks - it would be MUCH higher so I am surprised they really low balled this project as so much work has gone in to it and usually a reasonable funding level to emphasise the confidence in the project but no... this is a very very low bar for HE1. It's a giveaway, Minch has played this wrong and is weak.... I would love some 5p stocks but dont qualify as only available for the exclusive club. Maybe tomorrow the stock will dive below 5p and I be in. Nice price - loads of upside - nearly guaranteed double, triple.

they have been super confident lately my only explanation for that is that they must already have lined up some investors however I must say this is a very low strike at 5p (almost a very special deal) because if someone wanted to invest >£2m in this they would never get it at 5p. So will be interesting to see who ends up making up the mix. Also my assumption is if not receive enough funding then project is over so I suspect with their recent confidence they have already got some assurance on funding ....

it also mentioned not available to public and only to selected shareholders and institutions. How would they determine the status of a 'selected shareholder'? Is this a quick sell off to pre determined parties for a major discount to project potential for 5p (ie) a special deal for those select few or a genuine cry for help?
