how much do you think the market has already priced in the signing of the rig which Lorna indicates is upcoming

low FX conversion rates ideal and instant trade ability along with the current weakening of AUD is lining up a great opportunity to double triple money on NOBLE but with seats bought now before they release their PLANS...

Any recommendations for low cost, reliable one off type trading on ASX for Noble - got HL - it doesnt do ASX - but want to dive in to NOBLE for the lead up for SPUD - any good value UK based apps that could do the job easily for me would be appreciated.

so Noble are looking to have another big player do the drilling for them in return for a share of the helium sales - is that right?
HE1 not farming out, so that means they going to pay for drill service outright with cash and keep 100% of the Helium sales. Have I got this right? Whats better than the other - Noble and HE1 taking a very different path with this - lets say Noble get Exxon Mobil to do their farm out that would mean that HE1 would be paying for a single drill attempt from Exxon Mobile too - I would love to know what ideas are being discussed with HE1 and Noble to ensure they pull all this off successfully...
if anyone can provide some decent commentary to discuss this would be appreciated. thanks.

my understanding re NOBLE is that their farm out process is with the view that someone else pays for the drilling campaign in return for something.

if that is the case, then HE1 should be mindful of this and dealing with such a proposed partner in all this.

how much do you reckon IVZ spent on the drill they just done? Couldnt have been more than 7m? As that was what Minch had got a cost of drill with them at I think..

Noble came online at 40c now its 14c
and it hasnt moved at all from 14c with news of understanding between them and HE1
they clearly need significant funding, no doubt they will be going to the market cap in hand like a Minch very shortly if they want to sign on the dream ticket...

yes £2k worth now - she doesnt need to risk any of her own money now she has the 5,000,000 options given to her today at circa 6p. Risk free as usual - no skin in game. Always a problem for me this. Motivated to succeed but not carrying personal risk. Minch didnt have much either.

when we talk about Farm-out it tells me Noble wants to handover the rights to a bigger outfit and take royalties -
why would the Tanzania govt bother doing that (ie) give the rights to a company to explore and that company just hands it on to another company to do it for them - what is the point of Noble in this? If HE1 were to do the same what would that mean for our share price - the real money goes to the farmee right?

it does assist with the economies of scale view but this applies to the group of two independent companies now. I understand Noble have to get significant financial resources together still. There is loads of scope for disagreements between them and risks when it comes to money, reputation, maintenance and legal, etc - doesnt tell me HE1 has been managed very well over the years and strikes me that they are desperate to hook up to try make it work as the last throw of the dice. I dont think HE1 has much choice - it's not amazing news as it comes with good and bad elements. Looks like the market agrees with this given the current sp reaction from noble and he1 ... the one thing I am happy with though is that at least we will more likely have a drill in the ground in Q3 this year. If this MOU between these two organisations can spin a second or third drill in the ground for HE1 then excellent so I am waiting for that news now...

if it was a strategic long term investor or investors, I am sure the project mgmt team would have declared this as a major endorsement of the project however they dont appear to have done this which leads me to suspect they did a quick flip deal to push the entire risk on to retail investors - which isnt good. All you need to do is look at the volumes traded around that time to see the huge levels of trading to push it on to retail. I hope I am wrong here but I cant find any info to suggest otherwise. Ian could have easily told us in AGM if it was great endorsement but didnt - so what are your thoughts?

anyone have any idea who provided the cash? Was it a straight fix done by a broker who offered a HNW party to enter at 5p, exit at 5.5p and make a quick 10% leaving the risk to us, the retail investors?

My understanding is that now Minch is not a director of the company, he doesn't need to declare any of his HE1 trading activities and/or holdings. It would be interesting to know because if he believes he can make a mint from buying HE1 stocks then he would so him buying would be a great sign but I doubt very much we get visibility on that.
Ideally we see current Directors buy up the stocks if they believe they can make a mint from this then I would imagine they would buy big time in - if they reckon its too stressful of a risk for them, then they sit on the sidelines and not buy much further.

Dirty12, what kinda things do you think about when you believe bigger things afoot? What are you visualising?
As far as my vision goes it says, Lorna is filler CEO, she is tasked with securing a drill for a single attempt at Tai. There isnt much more for HE1 than this unfortunately. Potential is fantastic though hence why I remain invested.

Lorna said at AGM that we will only hear news once a legally binding contract is signed with regards to getting a drill to Tai. The flowchart she showed indicates a very long wait for this from here we are in February with the future dates at this time unknown except for the purpose of AGM to put Spud around August. There was no other activities between now and then disclosed on that except to find and secure a drill. My feeling from the AGM is that even though they were upbeat about it all, they looked rather bleak and between the lines saying they have one remaining throw of the dice that Minch kindly left them with and thats their No.1 focus now to secure. Minch sucked all the goodwill and trust out from the project & market > now left them with this situation so let's hope we get a lucky escape with a discovery in Q3. I also get the impression the Board were asleep at the wheel while Minch screwed the project and now they woke up, saw the mess and fired him, left it to Lorna with their full support and now we all wait to hear from Lorna on further development.

my hunch is that the Rig is local since its only going to be a one shot deal - no way would they be bring over a texan drill set up for that - I recall Minch saying it was a great option and someone was in the air as he was speaking heading to Texas to inspect - hey guys, we are keen for your drill, we have arrived to inspect - Hi Mr He1, whats your plan, how many holes you wanna go for? "We plan to do 1" - laughed out of the office and sent back the same day in plane to Minch to explain the slap back. Anyone been able to establish if HE1 paid for the Kenyan refurb? Im missing a few bucks... Exalo obviously laughed off the "1" deal staying with the Oz crew even though they need more cash, maybe He1 will blend with Noble since they cant do it on their own? BUT - have 10million left - so cruising the local markets in Tanzania for a drill with flip flops, BBQ shorts and stained tank top on.... aiming for Spud around August. Nice one! Cant wait.. in the meantime its summer to get through here in UK, some BBQs and beers, and waiting for SPUD & Discovery.. I was also wondering - Minch was saying about expanding the project to international arena - what he have in mind did he explain? Hopefully he handed that idea to Lorna to explore too.

so all up HE1 have had around USD 35m go through their accounts with around USD 13m currently in the bank so would it be fair to say this project has spent circa USD 22m to date?

April 2021 - £10m raised at 10p
Dec 2022 - £9.9m raised at 5p
Appears that £10m has been blown by the project over approx 18month period. I think Randy cost £2m? Some salaries, license fees, scans on top - still - one would have thought that would have around £5m left over? Appears that they were nearly on NIL when they raised at 5p last December as Ian said at AGM they have £10m in the bank.
