Let's not make assumptions about who is the sharpest tool or not. We are all residing in RUKWA and hoping for the best. I believe we are all HODLers, albeit with varying levels of confidence. It ultimately depends on our mental strength and risk tolerance. At the end of the day, we are all in this together!

Yeah if they get discovery then Lorna will become an instant MULTI MILLIONAIRE with her options she now has as part of her package - so she does have a LOT to go for... she would become a BIG FISH in the Helium and Discovery business... overnight.

With regards to career reputations I dont believe it has any impact on them at all. After leaving the HE1 project in tatters, Minch moved on straight away to another plush job. No impact at all.

Anything could happen now chaps...... sure we can go on facts which is what they have told us to date but history tells us that there is possibility that things are not going to plan and that they dump on us an operational update with 'we are pleased to update the unfortunate turn of events etc' and they could be anything. All one needs to do is look back on HE1 history of this behaviour to understand why some investors be extremely nervous with this silence from HE1.

In reality all we have is HOPE. We know the helium is there to discover BUT....

Unlike NHE directors investing over $1M of their own cash in the last fund raise. This will be on top of their existing cash input too - so they are HEAVILY invested which gives great confidence.

Our directors just watch Minch and now Lorna do her work and take benefits as cash and travel/expense reimbursements and being able to say they are Non Exec Director of such and such.... dont know why Ian bothered with them. Dont need them they havent done anything to make this project a success. Not from what I see...

Directors have done nothing. They participated in the 5p cash call I think but not sure on the details. Nothing that would indicate they taking any real personal risk with the project.

She is primarily a geologist, not a CEO, despite being given the role after Minch's departure. Her focus is likely on the geological aspects, having conducted the necessary work to validate her theories. She is likely only waiting for a drill to arrive and prove her hypotheses. It's doubtful that she fully understands the importance of providing regular updates and news to appease shareholders and keep investors informed throughout the project. She may not grasp the shareholders' perspective and therefore may not prioritise communication until the critical moment of "rig signed, see you at spud." This approach may be seen as uninteresting and lacking engagement. If the project fails, she may not be personally affected and will move on to another well-paying job, much like Minch. Personally, I wouldn't invest in this team again. Unfortunately, I was greatly influenced by Minch and now find myself holding on desperately with hope. But that's okay; it is what it is. Just sharing my thoughts...will it work out? My view is “probably” …but its not been easy with Minch and now Lorna in the drivers seat. Lets see – hopefully its all going to plan for spud August. That’s what I am looking forward to…

For nearly two years now, since the unsuccessful drilling campaign, significant salaries have been paid to all involved, including directors on the Board. Throughout this entire period, their focus has been on resolving the drilling issue, which, in retrospect, seems almost laughable. However, the consequences are far from amusing, as their actions have tarnished the project's reputation and led to its downfall. We do however have ONE more chance I guess - what a FLUKE.

Must be a huge number of contracts to work through and to have them all working together and locked in

Is the support crew to operate the actual set up at TAI part of all this or is that a separate contract?

And in addition - Noble have the same amount of money as HE1 including the second round in couple months - and they doing 2 holes yet HE1 doing 1 - same drill, same deal as Noble, same level of cash funds -- how can this be explained?

At least it is an opportunity for her to engage with shareholders as she said she wont engage until contracts signed but she could engage on explaining this as an experiences geologist. Would be seen in a very positive light - doesnt seem like she will though.

I noticed that JW's body language conveyed his skepticism about HE1, and that raised concerns for me. Additionally, I'm troubled by the lack of communication from Lorna regarding the rationale behind using both project methods and why they are beneficial. As an experienced geologist, it would be wise for her to provide an explanation to us as shareholders. It could be a productive task for her while waiting for the lawyers to finalise the contracts and additional paperwork related to the drill export.

One impressive aspect of Noble is their strategic approach of having a second drill lined up in advance, providing them with a backup plan even if the first drill doesn't yield the desired results. This demonstrates their foresight and preparedness. On the other hand, I must admit that HE1 disappoints me greatly. Despite their project being in the works for over 5 years, they seem to have reached a dead end with a one-shot plan and no contingency in place. This lack of a backup plan is concerning and raises questions about the management team's approach. After investing so much time and effort, it is disheartening to see them relying solely on a single opportunity without exploring alternatives.

And HE1 have paid half of it I assume so Noble get the full long term benefit??

What we need from HE1 is some visibility in post-Tai drill plans - if they drill Tai and then Noble get the rig for their 2 wells and retain the rig for further works, where does this leave HE1??

I have noticed a concerning pattern among certain board members who seem to contribute very little to the business. They are quick to bask in the glory when things go well, but as soon as challenges arise, they simply resign and move on to another board, leaving the mess behind. It is disheartening to witness this lack of commitment and value from the current board members, especially considering the rollercoaster journey we have experienced over the past two years. It is crucial for the success of this project that we have dedicated and actively involved board members who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute meaningfully. No evidence of this is there?
