I dont understand why they shafted us in the fund raise - I would be keen to know who is behind that funding, whether they are strategic long term holders or whether they simply stumped up the cash at 5p and traded their way out for quick 10-20% profit within days.

what I will be looking out for will be whether they pick up the questions we typically asking and provide satisfactory answers etc. I bet they will brush over the hard questions and repeat what they always say - be a standard script for them.

I feel he is distracted with other obligations outside of HE1 and also that he is a Geologist, not a business person - which is costing the project dearly. I also feel he is in over his head in this role as CEO. Also the Board of Directors - why are the non exec directors in place what value are they actually bringing to the project?

still no drilling, slow coach Minch -- surely this project can do with a much better Lead. He has got away with achieving nothing for the project as a CEO. The geo work has been done by Lorna which is great - all Minch had to do is get a drill in the ground to prove a discovery. He has blown the first round of funding and now has a new dose of £10m. How he gets away with keeping his job is beyond me. Should pay him in shares not an ultra high cash salary. Let's not forget he has very very little shareholding too... so he personally carries no real risk or pain.

I would be interested to know who stumped up the £10m cash last month - surprised we havent been told that...

Any questions like "Why dont senior management have significant skin in the game with this project? CEO has tiny holdings yet huge cash salary - why?" - will simply not be selected for answering. Of course they will be selective - just like the prior AGMs.

Would it be fair to assume now no formal news in Q1 since Minch himself has ruled out Q1 so now we await news in April/May I assume? If so, not bad - can load up with more HE1 at 5p in the new ISA allowance from April onwards. Would be great to stock up with 5p HE1s then...

a self fuelled distribution network entirely GREEN and modern thinking. Hope they come back to this idea once Discovery confirmed. They could also look to offer Helium Airships for tourism and freight purposes over the African continent - endless possibilities with HE1 -

how would they know what kind of drill pad to prepare for without knowledge of the choice of Rig?
so this is a 3D scanner could they use that to put some more 3D analysis work over the TAI in the meantime?

I wonder how long that actual task takes?

I can picture Minch, and a Lincoln Lawyer, and the creation of the Buyers Club were the members all argue over who goes first and who responsible for what, etc. How complicated it would become but Minch and his Lincoln Lawyer cruising around talking to the new members trying to strike it first user as a Founding Member. Would take time to set up and negotiated complicated terms and conditions. Then it will come down to which drill to choose to share-own - of course all will have their own spec requirements and therefore wont agree straight away of choices to acquire, and then when they do, they need to procure and agree on timelines of share. Good work for the Lincoln Lawyer and great doing to rounds for Minch, but for the Project this is a very very slow burn option. Stuff for a movie perhaps but not for HE1 Flagship RUKWA Project. The plan should be to find and pay for a RIG to get to RUKWA as quickly as possible, not taking on new ideas around establishing a Buyers Club and cruising around with a Lincoln Lawyer in Tanzania to support that effort.

for some reason Minch and Ian don't appear to be in a rush. They expressing joy for a Buyers Club to be set up - great - but very long winded way to do business on this project. Especially, as you say, at this stage and with background of failed deals - asking for trouble. I am surprised they havent gone back to the Kenyan deal and express process it to the RUKWA.

The buyers club is a good idea but one would think it would take a long time to set up with all the contracts, legals, etc to get signed off by all parties. My feeling from what Minch is saying is that he isn't in a hurry with this business of drilling TAI. I think he got his feet up reading text messages from people saying HE1 can use their drill etc maybe he membership to the Beer Club too..

I am hoping the drill in Kenya is now ready to be dispatched to the RUKWA and that since it is smaller and less involved with mobilisation and supporting team etc, that the fund raise just done will fund a MULTIPLE drill campaign rather than just a single one which EXALO would have been.

One wonders why no interviewer has actually asked Minch "why do you hold such little quantities of HE1 stocks if you believe in the project so much?"

Im surprised that Stalker hasnt brought more to the table in terms of utilising his wide and varied network of contacts in the industry. Since the original Tai drill now some 18months ago now they have had all this time to secure a drill and have failed. I appreciate things are tough but this is a very long time to secure/fail over and one would have thought Stalker and his contacts would have done better for HE1. He may be distracted with other projects though - I dont really know enough but with my limited knowledge in these things I would have thought the Chairman would have delivered in the background. Feels like we are relying 100% on MINCH with all this..Personally I would prefer Minch to be given more support in this game.

On the phone to the Texans? Tanzania govt be able to swing a spare RIG to explore the RUKWA? Getting an update on the fully audited RIG in KENYA? Asking Baker H's if they can provide support still once RIG secured from elsewhere? Checking the HE1 bank balance on his Phone App. Catching up with D Williams re the drill problem?
