Im pretty happy with this; not much concern from me now - sorry to annoy you guys and I took a lot of criticism but I am really really pleased with this RNS and agree with what Ian says - good work. A bit surprised with all the (I assume) selling going on to keep price down somewhat but for me its the story and the actions and I am thrilled to be honest. For me this is a better outcome for the Baker Hughes combo mobilisation - we in with the best in the business - and I am sure we will get a commercial discovery declared Q1 2023. Thats all I needed to know (and feel). O-for-Awesome!

I dont know why you all think that when the RNS lands its going to be great - it could very well be very bad news. Based on experience with HE1 on the last two years, there has nothing great which leads up to todays 5p share price. In fact I am kinda dreading the next RNS considering the time lag between the last one plus the director talk at the time from Minch saying there will be more regular news flow moving forward. Yet another statement from CEO that has not come true..

IMO I suspect that Minch has problem with exporting the drill, and before he declares this he wants to have a plan B lined up and he is struggling with that too.

I was hoping they could use this time to slip in a TAI specific 3D scan to ensure better chance of success...doesnt seem to be happening.

It doesnt appear that the Board give him much tangible support either as we dont see any tangible results at all.

No you right Persian Trader - Munch HAS made this project very very risky play. They dont OWN the rights to the massive resource, they are simply licensed to have a go at extracting Helium in commercial quantities. This is far from a certain outcome here as you say, Minch never has good news - he says things that never come right - so the people who say this is a great bet then we dont see them putting more money where their mouth is - even Minch isnt buying in to it nor is Stalker. I am hopeful and remain hopeful that is all I have to go on. Personally I think Minch is in over his head and is really struggling to get all this off the ground.

Lets not forget that Minch's wife will be wanting a new home (I recall he mentioned this when he thought he was about to declare a discovery at TAI last year before waking up to the terrible news that Randy's drill broke) and therefore with that side pressure and hope from within the family, we could safely assume that Minch is doing everything he can to get this over the line (ie) the ultimate Discovery RNS....so yeah, probably you right - best to be patient and hope for the best along with Minch's wife....an earlier poster here indicated they may even be wanting to get more ducks in line to release a bigger RNS than just to say the export process for the Rig has been approved. So we are coming in to a very exciting 3 months ahead...

What are the possible activities at the moment? Do you guys reckon Minch is now in over his head and buckling around with many problems and doesnt want to declare this or so you think they are quietly working through the process knowing that its not looking good to shareholders at the moment? Anyone have any idea if Minch is in Kenya working tirelessly on the ground with this project or is he sitting in the UK making phone calls as and when he needs to participate? There is a lot at stake here for the project. I was very hopeful that at the least we would be given an operational update this morning just to help keep our chins up and hopes fuelled better that everything is in process and to please be patient. No change to plans envisaged. some communications or a tweet would be greatly appreciated if you are ready this Minch. Just general friendliness with us would be great. Dont want an ongoing Keyser Soze situation.

If all is well and they get rig to RUKWA for January February with BH equip and support slotting in right after that in prep for drill time at TAI I will be really really impressed that they managed to keep this all water tight secret from this 5p price the notice that RIG is cleared for mobilisation across border, would be an Instant Jump in stock price so slapping NDAs on everyone they talk to to protect insider info is key and if that actually happens with no lift to share price prior to such a RNS would be impressive work on their part....IMO an instant double to 10p just like that... so very very valuable info to keep a lid on..

My understanding is this: RIG > TAI > DISCOVERY > FUND RAISE FOR PRODUCTION ON TAI & NEXT DRILL TARGET > REPEAT > therefore becoming a global player as a Helium Producer for a very long time. So we nearly there - just need to get this equipment from Kenya to TAI and for me, thats the key element of risk wiped away - as in my mind, the discovery is nearly guaranteed. IMO only. That is why I remain an investor - for this to play out and become a dividend play longer term.

We cant even get our drill out of Kenya yet guys so I highly suspect nothing is going on as they buckling around with the Kenyan authorities trying to get approval which may actually NOT be forthcoming - its now 4-5 weeks on from RNS - assuming they began the export work during the audit process - spells to be something is seriously WRONG.

I would assume that Minch would be highly aware of shareholder concerns and doubts - he can also see it in the share price for his amazing work to date - so one would assume that should he be given the all clear to take the drill to RUKWA that he would take delight in updating shareholders with this so that concerns around this can be removed and perhaps even give a lift to his share price as a result. RNS on that piece of info is key. We all waiting for it.... it is looking very wet there in the RUKWA now - an update from Minch on his plans and the commercial arrangements 'terms' he is agreeing to would be ideal too

Appears to be real issue with this drill business... based on historical experience with HE1, usually the news isn't good - lets hope this time it is the other way around and we have a simply good RNS stating the drill is on way to Tai with full clearance. I am interested to hear the funding around this arrangement too. Just checked the RUKWA weather - looks like the wet season has already arrived with rain every day...
Another thought - given they told us they aim to drill in Jan/Feb which is the usual wet season - and I assume they believe they cant drill in wet season, wouldnt that claim to be drilling in wet season seem to be a bit misleading to the market?

3 thoughts of what could be going on -

a: the project is a misleading one (which we have agreed on the chat is not the case)
b: the project lead and advisors are genuinely struggling and in over their heads without ability to deliver
c. like you say, someone else is calling the shots

any other considerations?

This would then be an excellent delivery of outcomes for HE1 and therefore Board and Minch will be forgiven quickly as an RNS like this confirming what needs to be confirmed to the market will go along way to giving market support to the project and its objectives. Would be a huge relief.
