Also most of the time you are waiting on the other interested parties to get on with it, DD has to be done on both/all sides. When it is a deal/s like ours it is super complex even without the factors stated. Give the BOD some praise for how they have handled this, true professionals with a hugely impressive professional set of advisors and companies working to the same goal. UBS must be licking their lips as that nice big success fee is just about in reach. How long have they worked for it? One of the best deals in AIM history in the making why would you not want to be part of it?

Welllllllllll........dividing into 3 subs was massive hint they will be getting sold off individually.....otherwise what would the point in doing it? Could be one, Nickel? brownfield sites, could go first and quickly. whichever way happens up to 80% returned to shareholders as special dividend. Looks strongly like Eua2 (hydrogen/ammonia) going ahead in the future as well. Sell off that down the line for nice juicy cat bonus thank you!

It is not self harm when the Regulator tells you to suspend! What is great credit to the BOD is the speed they have resolved this! If anything bad was going to come out it would most certainly have done so! In this case NO news is indeed good news!

confirms it has no material new developments to notify. which also means no new sanctions affect us!! OR that anything has changed in the previous RNS Re licences, interested parties, Subs, JORCS etc etc etc! Get a feckin grip people, blatantly telling you all is still a go. There WILL be a RNS stating the reasons for the suspension and it WILL be soon. just as it was last time. "Pending an announcement"!!! What more do you want? After months of silence, years working their backsides off, we get here, and now you getting those who have found something new to moan about! Is this really what happened?...........BOD says deal agreed and just paperwork to sign off...tell SP Angel and discuss possibility of leaks etc...........both approach LSE and present the facts.........."ALL" agreed temporary suspension is the best solution to prevent market abuse/disorderly..hence RNS. This being the case "could" get further RNS this week stating T & C's and date of AGM/EGM/vote.

Seen some chat about timing of RNS, 7.40, and something must have happened to release it at that "unusual" time otherwise would be 7am or after hours Friday. That made the Cat laugh! What something happened between 0700 and 0740? If over weekend it would have been at 0700. As most sensible know RNS get released at all sorts of hours before, during and after play. Often just when somebody thinks oh better press the button, unless timed etc.

They take time to prepare and be checked by NOMAD before approaching authorities with facts/reasons. This did NOT happen between 0700 and 0740. It was planned and timing not relevant. Wait and see purrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Reason for suspension? Wellllllll I am purrringgggggggggggggg just as said last wouldn't post again if was no RNS before end of this week on city cats whispers........ will stick by that and say further RNS this week or won't post again.
