Fact is they have missed a statutory deadline for the AGM and imo will be fined. No excuses accepted.

The AGM will be in July IF they get the accounts signed off before end of June. IF they don't it won't be. IF they don't they will have missed another statutory deadline and will be fined. Best case scenario will be 2nd/3rd week July.

Likely to be no further news until accounts done.

None of this reflects well on the company!

Seasick, I wasn't wrong about statutory requirements for notice of AGM or held with 6 months of end of financial year. I couldn't be more right. As for me being wrong about AGM in June, yep, July at earliest. Make of that and the reasons why yourselves............

E1E01, I know you are a good positive poster, but as I just posted you can announce the AGM as per statutory requirements and as long as Report is ready before then there is no problem. I think that is what we will find will happen. The next RNS will just be a straight here and when.

Because I cannot for the life of me find anything other than what the FCA and government sites say RE within 6 months of end of financial year, 31st December 2021. There are NO covid extensions anymore so just how is it possible. I have asked others who posted what these so called "exceptional circumstances" are because there is NO reference to them anywhere. just seems to me something made up by bag lady etc and when challenged cannot explain or point out where.
