Artem has been working with us for some time. he has just become a NED which gives him same powers as any Director. I suspect it is to give him more face to face power on meeting the likes of Japanese who place great value on such meetings. Also I suspect he has been given a bit of free rein and in bargaining positions........just imo

IMO the BOD will answer every question they can at the AGM, be it as normal or virtual. They could ask for questions to be submitted prior, as previously, so to be prepared. We all know the same questions will be asked a thousand times in a hundred different ways! They still have my full support as I think they have simply been keeping heads down, working hard with tight lips while this crazy war is going on. Nothing I have seen, read or heard has proven they have been anything other than diligent and working towards the outcome all shareholders want, especially the biggest ones! So even if just a bog standard RNS stating AGM I fully expect more before it happens. The RNS state it all imo, successful conclusion in 2022...........be happy folk, lot worse things around you know than waiting.......

Can the company hold a virtual AGM? There is nothing in the Companies Act 2006 which prohibits virtual or hybrid AGMs, so long as members can see and hear proceedings, contribute to debate and be seen to vote for and against any motion in the same way as if they were in the same room.

LB second scenario that is why it is madness, you can a hell of a lot more than you can gain in effect. Often punters are asked to stump up more to cover a volatile share/short. If this jumps on a RNS by say 300% then that alone means bankruptcy for some, ask Jub Capital lol

Good meoowning all, Re AGM there is a fair chance that as previously, IF there is no further news, there will ask for submitted questions which they have in the past answered very well imo. A RNS is coming within next few days, it has to.

Note the words he "agreed to join", he didn't have to, he wouldn't unless he saw he had something to offer and could see an end product. Sure he will have perhaps a bonus renumeration package for successfully completion? He has "worked" with us for some months utilising his contacts in "eurasia". Now by stepping up as NED he will have same powers as any Directors and have no doubt his brief will be to make decisions and recommend to the BOD. By doing so this will indeed "significantly" speed up the process. It is always better to have a man on the ground and if he is based in Japan with easy access to China and Korea for example, this is what you need! Someone who is there to attend high level meetings with the interested parties who want to deal with someone who is directly involved with the company and decision making as in a NED face to face.
