doubt it will be the auditors fault, they can only audit what is put in front of them. If they are doing their job properly and there is info they require it is up to the company to put it in front of them. The company should have had ALL the info ready for them in timely fashion. Does not look that way to me. Good auditors are not going to sign off on an incomplete report and leave themselves open to all sorts of issues that may follow. But...........of course they are still within the statutory period so no harm done yet, simply the AGM has had to be delayed because of statutory 21 days notice.

Good morning all, one day less until accounts//end of year report appear. As pointed out by poster we have seen WK results and they were good. WK great add on for a buyer taking other assets imo. As a stand alone it is still a tiddler really. As for Rhodium let's not think there is anymore than has previously been indicated. I want to know how much money is in the Bank and what we have spent it on. Nyud licence surely be included in it. Maybe indications of other licences in the pipeline. Still they should hopefully get them out in statutory period, fingers crossed.

Shame about AGM being late though. Patiently waiting which hopefully be well attended and questions answered. We deserve them to be. Rumbustious it is going to be, as acknowledged by the company. Hope there is free tea and biscuits at least! Maybe alcohol test before entering might be good idea lol GLA, have a great weekend.

Good morning all, personally have held for a long time and a large amount I am prepared to wait a bit longer. For me the next few weeks are the most critical of the last couple of years. I will base what I do on the year end report/accounts which should give a very good insight in some of what has been happening. Money spent on licences perhaps? Cash in the Bank, income from WK etc. However it will contain nothing about any sale obviously. So that and along with the AGM questions etc is going to make up many a mind one would think?

All RNS still point towards a sale of assets. When is question we all want to know. So BOD still have my full support until we get more info hopefully by/at AGM. Good luck all

Seasick, I am not implying anything, I rang up virtually straight after the RNS. Expressed disappointment as I wanted to attend the AGM and now I likely travelling and miss it. IF the accounts were virtually ready I doubt we would have got that RNS and that timing. "my" impression is yes they expect/hope to before the end of the month and as stated will give statutory notice as they said, when they receive it. Therefore it is not unreasonable to think the accounts could still be at least a couple of weeks away?

As for sale, anybody's guess......."my" view when Artem was appointed it wasn't as if he was going to significantly speed things up i.e weeks, can't see how anybody would do that. I said I thought 3 months should do it. Still could, but I don't know. IMO be very surprised if we get any sale news before AGM, NDA's etc anyway. Hopefully be very good set of accounts and I do expect WK to be pleasantly surprising. A lot will depend on what's left in the Bamk and what has been spent on what. Not happy with the delay for whatever reasons and think they should have got them out in time for AGM to be held in statutory period. All just my opinion.

When I spoke to them I put it to them that they were likely to be in for a "rumbustious" AGM...the answer was we are expecting it..........best case scenario AGM 2/3rd week of July..... worst...let's not go there

Stonk not really......it all depends where the mid point is at the exact second of execution. As it fluctuates so rapidly very hard to ascertain which is which especially if small spread etc. Bit of another urban myth that MM's do it deliberately. Fact is they couldn't care less as they make money on every trade.

Seasick..........the BOD are under NO obligation to inform the share holders of any offers, apart from the one they accept and put forward to the share holders to vote on. They are elected to the BOD to make these decisions on our behalf.

So there "could" have been several offers that have been refused for various reasons, low ball among them. Or there may have been none. We will likely never know. Any offers made would have had severe NDA's attached most likely as any bidder does not usually want to be see as a failure for starters.

The closest we have come to knowing about any offer is the fact an entity did carry out successful DD. Maybe an offer was made an rejected by the BOD, may be the potential buyer decided not to go forward for various reasons or maybe it is still at the haggling stage.

So until an offer has been made by someone and accepted by the BOD and put to us we are likely to remain in the dark as to who is buying and what. As far as I am concerned as long as someone finally does then that will do for me.

So who got sucked in at 8 on pump and dump? Nothing happening now for approx 3 weeks while we twiddle our thumbs and HOPE they get accounts signed off so as to go into annual report. I am not holding my breath they will given past performance. The appointment of Artem points out to me sale is still some months away. you don't appoint someone to significantly speed up process if it is weeks away. I don't like it anymore than the rest but there it is.........
