The average price over the last 12 months is between 2.5p and 2.7p so it it’s around the right level. I thought it would be higher than 3p when the proposed merger was announced. Be strong and upbeat good times are in front of us.

I couldn’t agree more Page. Certainly no nervousness from me either. This is a very good merger and me being a BPC shareholder gave me a great feel and took away the vulnerability felt at will P1 be drilled or not. L.Koots interview, view and due diligence report added credibility to P1s prospects. He holds CERP as his priority and wouldn’t jeopardise the company unless convinced it was in their shareholders interest. They have a viable business and production programme that is without any doubt beneficial to us BPC shareholders and bod.

Good post PAGE. Very well explained. Jim your obviously not in the know. Are you in league with Irene K? CERP shareholders are the ones taking the bigger risk. We should be pleased that L.K and the CERP board agreed to the back merger. It gave me renewed optimism that we would get to drilling P1 and that the BPC board were in fact looking at all possibilities to strengthen our position with an oil producing company with a good portfolio of projects.

Irene could get paid for decreasing the share price and you for ramping it up. On a more positive note as I’ve stated I hold both shares but imo CERP shareholders are giving up more than BPC shareholders. I am in my late 50s been trading for 30 years seen mergers, company buyouts etc but for some reason I get a really good feeling about this merger. I think it’s because of the trust I have in L. Koot and the board at CERP not so much the BPC board.

They say opposites attract Novice maybe you should propose to Irene K. Like the BPC and CERP merger it could be a marriage made in heaven..

I don’t blame Irene K for trying to decrease the share price, that’s if it’s true, which I doubt. The ppl that listen to or pay attention to negativity around a share is their own stupidity. We all have an opinion and a choice. In my opinion Irene K is doing a good job of getting ppls attention, and why, because your making comments Novice and I am discussing it with you. I don’t agree with Irene K but she deserves a pat on the back for doing a wonderful job at getting ppls attention.

I also say what a good deal it is Bully and it is. I see it from your point of view when ppl on BPC board criticise CERP as a tin hat company. I hold both sets of shares but I am more than happy to say that CERP shareholders have the better, proven, company by far, more to lose and certainly have made tha view clear on the BPC forum. But again i believe 100% that it will workout well for us all.

Cars coffee the merger imo will happen. CERP is in a good position regardless of what happens. At this moment we are in a far better position than BPC. This share price was at between 2.4p and 2.65p prior to the merger news. So therefor as good as it will be when we merge it hasn’t done CERP holders any favours. I hold both shares but still believe CERP is the better value for money based on proven assets.

Don’t read to deeply into JPMorgan and their neutral stance.I wish I had a quid for every time they’ve got it wrong. Trust me they get it so wrong at times and this is one of those occasions.

Why was it a stupid remark? It was a lighthearted comment that’s all. I hold this stock at an average price at well over a £1. When the comment of a sea of green and hopefully soon was based on other shares I have. Lloyds are down, Tui are down so it’s not a sea of green for me.

Yes we do know the fundamentals and it’s a good buy for sure. Like Stokish all we need is to be patient and positive.
