That’s exactly what he meant willec. He believes, as I do, that the future looks good for the company, it shareholders. The reason is that the merger talks were in their final stages , he was getting a good deal for the company, it’s shareholders, certainly a stronger company with better prospects when combined. He never lied or gave false pretences he just did not want to let the cat out of the bag until the guarantees, concessions of the merger were agreed.
