That said CBCB you should look at both companies in depth before giving an opinion. I only want what’s best for me being a BPC shareholder ,but in that ,if I get what I want it’s not only me that will gain. The BPC board have made a positive move, the merger, at last and I for one will be grabbing it with both hands. All I can do is hope that others share my optimism.

Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that CERP has got some very nice projects going on and I don’t have to harp on about them because we already know that. The POO is increasing so they are ramping up production. This is only one of their asset that we need and essential to us moving forward.

It’s good to know that your onboard Brynjon. I like you sat my O’levels decades ago. I am going into my late 50s and set in my ways but always open to debate and views. In some cases no news is good news and in this instance I believe that. Both boards have given me enough information coupled with my knowledge of both companies to confidently reach a decision . Leo Koot and CERP coming on board has given me a even more positive view, a confidence that the company, shareholders, without any doubt will get the gains that we have waited for so long and deserve. I trust our board but more so since the announcement of the merger. Get behind the deal and welcome CERP shareholders on board. This is going to be one happy family.

The interviews with Simon and Leo were so informative, clearly showed me the benefits , and it is they way forward. The performance doesn’t bare talking about.I bought in at over £120 and against my better judgement held. I wasn’t impressed with the decision to leave opening until the end of July either. I just hope he’s made the right decision.

We have to be cautious with the market and the false figures. I have purchased three lots of shares today in excess of 200,000 the last one being for 47,500 @1.508 and they all went down as sales. So when you purchase any please check to see what the underhanded ******* are doing.

Also forgot to mention I would never accept 3.5p buyout. I ain’t that stupid this merger is much bigger than that. Even without the merger CERP is worth more than 3.5p. Are you in bed with Irene Razor?

The reason Leo doesn’t put it in the shop window is because he believes that the P1 drill is a better and bigger option.. Listen to the interview he sums that up very well.

P.L knows what he’s doing and like he said,” I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.” I have absolutely no doubt he is and will prevail. All good things come to those who wait. I have purchased an additional 200,000 over the last 2days to bring my average down to 4.7p. I completely agree that you have to keep positive. This is just like any other stock. RKH, PMO, IOG, CERP, BPC. They’ve all been hit because of the pandemic C19. That’s just Oiler’s. PPC will come good they produce oil and have plans moving forward.

What this merger has got is a guy called L.Koot behind it and that on its own speaks volumes. His past, credibility, knowledge, a company called CERP should be embraced and very much welcomed with open arms.

You obviously are dead set against this merger. Like I keep saying you definitely shouldn’t be called Jimintheknow because imo Jim certainly isn’t in the know. You have to look at CERPs assets and what’s in place to drill Saffron and increase production levels. You say £200m what a load of tosh.
