What is bull…t about having family in Michigan? I shared this with the forum around 2 years ago and this might come as a surprise to you, it is not unusual for Brits to have relatives in the States.

It’s such a pity and is very surprising, being a valued, respected member within the forum, that your contribution, constructive dialogue is reduced to slating other individuals.

Many companies have tried some has successfully got oil out 10mb if memory serves me right but the issue was the difficulty in producing, the terrain, weather patterns but most of all was the cost to do the drilling. Over the years our company along with our partners have achieved, been very successful in acquiring the 3d seismic readings needed to understand the geological issues. In the past companies, including our own, would just drill based on 2D seismic readings and proved to be their downfall.

C.H knew the potential and what was needed to succeed and took over the CEO position at the request of the then chairman of Vine and we are now seeing the results of hard work, damn hard work and resilience. So those ready and willing to shoot him down would be suited to do their research prior to doing so. The guy needs a pat on the back.

I agree that you do not need to hold shares to voice one’s opinion after all it is a forum, I get it. I’ve never said anything negative about the company because there was, is no reason to do so. There has been times when I’ve thought negatively about certain issues but the first thing I do is email the company, this I have always promoted within the forum, each and every time have received a reply to stop them little niggling doubts.

Let me give you a reason why I trust our CEO.

2 years ago he was approached to take over a company, a promising company who are doing well at the moment, so I contacted C.H asking if there was any truth in it, if he was indeed going to take up this offer, he emailed back within a matter of hours, confirmed that he was approached but under no circumstances was he prepared to leave Zephyr that day I knew this was a guy that had confidence and the bottle to take us to a mid tier oil producing company.

Let’s see where we go from here and hopefully you jump onboard.

Yes maybe I have been saying this for a couple of years but I am happy with my position and I know what gains there are to be made here. I’ve been invested in the company for a few years but no the position of the BOD we have and the partnership they have developed with others and it is testament to their drive moving forward to make this a success.

I’ve sang the praises of the management and will continue to do so because of the commitment being shown.

When C.H joined the BOD 4 years ago, forming the board that we have that guy has never stopped, continuously implementing his game plan and will make it a success with those that believe benefitting. I don’t scaremonger like other individuals because there is no reason to do so.

You only lose a fortune if you’re a short term player. Those that have invested at a higher SP hopefully will stick with their investment. You only lose out if you sell your holding then it’s more the fool you for not following your beliefs that this company/ management team are worth taking the risk and I truly believe in both. I’ve had one bite at the cherry and I’m back for another and it looking very fruitful indeed, especially from my perspective. Like we say each to their own

Helium bomb! What’s that all about? They have discovered helium which is another asset and as for infrastructure that is all being put into place. The SP was at 2.6p which I couldn’t grasp why but it’s gone back up over 3p and will continue to climb.how fast is determined by how fast they can progress. Those who invested at 2.6p is already up 20% thanks to the MMs . I just hope those that are out of pocket stick with C.H and they will reap the rewards in the medium term.

That’s as good an update as we could aspect at this time. Throughout the thread I was cringing at the good old quote of ‘We need to raise equity,’ then the bombshell by a placing of !!!!!!!!!! but good old C.H seems to be on the ball. What we have to remember is the management team we have in those supporting roles, second to non with over a 100years experience to boot, that will turn our small companies of ours into mid size oil producing company.

There are individuals with their heads underwater at the moment, seeking that lucky break and I truly believe this will come in abundance. I hope those individuals with a deficit can add more shares to their portfolio thus bringing down the average of their holding. To the newbies stay patient and you will be rewarded to those LTH it’s nice to see you staying committed those beliefs that we will reap the rewards.

Yes I agree with your post. I don’t want to get into an unnecessary debate about our company as I’ve been a great believer for a many years in our management ream and partners as our LTH know but based on our our holdings cash in the bank we could have got away with a placing of £1m. I know it’s always better to cover all costs and keep a little cash in the bank but it’s also nice to show shareholders that there is not going to be continued placings for mishaps when there is available cash. The positive is that it gives the company additional cash flow but let’s see the responsible stewards part show at the forefront. As I’ve said this is just my view and have complete confidence in our BOD. As they say actions speak louder than words.

The only additional to the RNS is that their confidence in the company has gone from exciting times ahead to “high degree of confidence as we continue in our pursuit of building a group of which all our stakeholders can be proud." Let’s see what happens moving forward. If the profitability keeps going as our BOD envisages they should be able to stop this nonsense of placings. I personally disagreed with the recent placing of £3.1m. We didn’t need that amount of cash from a placing if the earnings from the non core assets are as we believe them to be. Although I am a strong believer in the company and our CEO it’s time to deliver which is well overdue.

Nice to know that you’re still invested and voicing your opinions. I hope you are well. I am looking forward to the upcoming updates from C.H. I truly believe that we will be getting some decent feed back from our CEO. I have just added, this morning, 100k shares on the back of my expectations. When you email C.H the level of optimism within the reply is quite infectious that said let’s see what feedback is received.

The update is what was needed. It’s a progress report no more no less. On the whole it is positive just giving us an insight into what is going on and shows that the BOD are working on other prospects whilst waiting for the completion of 36-2. Why the SP has dipped is basically just the MMs doing what they always do and that is purchase shares on the cheap.

End of the first paragraph should have read as-

Nice to know you are sitting tight, patiently waiting. I agree it is frustrating but investors have to consider the history here since C.H took over as CEO some years ago. You don’t assemble a BOD with their expertise, a partnership with a the EGI and UGS.

Over a period of several months, the project team analysed multiple potential well locations across the Paradox Basin, and EGI and UGS selected Zephyr's Paradox acreage as the location on which to drill the well a well which they funded.

That above partnership is as strong as ever and as exciting so it’s a case of not if our patience pays off but when. Tell you what, H has got a few grey hairs going on along with that Colgate smile my friend. It’s satisfying to know that you’re about so take care and we will catch up when the good news is delivered.

Nice tweet, short and sweet but helps reassure those that are wallowing or getting irritated with all that has happened. C.H mentioned to email the company if there are concerns and he will reply. It’s been a long road but I’ve no doubt will be worth the Waite.

According to your past posts your holding is greater than 1% but lower than the threshold for declaration of that holding. So in theory you own in excess of 12m shares and still talk negatively about the company. The ironic part of all this is there are individuals that take you seriously.

The reason I would like to see them is because C.H has always replied appropriately and I do not believe that he did. As for the trash that tells me what type of individual you are. Clearly not a responsible adult. Does your parents know that you have obtained the password and are on their computer? On a positive note you should be very careful when engaging in adult conversation and if your parents discover that you are indeed on their laptop, as a consequence of being found out may lose your pocket money.

You mentioned that despite sending emails you never received a proper response or a response that did not relate to the question, this I do not believe as you would have happily brought this to the forum at the time. Again just shows that you are just one of those individuals that scaremonger, do not hold shares within the company. If I am wrong then I will apologise so would you be so kind as to post those emails, replies so I can view them then. You mentioned that your holding is 817k shares which based on your continuous negativity is a the signs of a guy that loves to invest in a company then slate them on the hope the SP dives and loses his investment. Have you emailed the BOD over your concerns? I emailed them and received a reply 48hrs later and I suggest p, recommend that you should do so. It would certainly put your mind at ease.

You obviously think that your input is worthy of a response, you are always negative in your comments and want those concerns answered. May I suggest you email C.H who will respond with a logical reply that cannot be answered within the forum.
