I agree Tiburn BPC have got very good tech guys onboard. I I’ve been invested in BPC for a couple of years but when merger was announced bought into CERP. This was purely on the basis of L.Koot and the fact that CERP has more to offer as a company than BPC. If the merger goes ahead great if not I’m equally as happy. I do believe that this merger is the tonic BPC needs. We shall see eh!

How very true OLD. At least it’s producing. Ppl will look for any excuse to be negative especially on this lack of positivity and no shares forum. We know who’s those dingbats are.

The market sentiment isn’t with Micro after its last set of figures as we know. So we have to be patient PATTS. It’s going to be a little rocky but I’m going to sit tight.

What a joke and laughing stock this forum has become. This LSE forum has become a site for playground activity. Allowing so called PIs, my ass you are, to just pull everyone down that has an opinion contradictory to their. You all know who that is. Harryofdock and Starchild ,or is it Harryhaddock or Starfish, continuously throwing accusations at each other for weeks then by surprise they become the best of friends. Was this all play acting just to get everyone’s attention. Read their good morning, kiss and cuddle, posts and tell me if I am wrong. No one can throw insults in the way they have, send one message asking for forgiveness and the other accepting it without some sort of wariness.

It’s been weeks of continuous crap, the negativity, tit for tat, PIs being shot down for their views and to top it all off, your like some loved up couple.

A very good morning to you Hoffy71 . At last a guy that has got a level head. We need more guys like yourself for sure and completely agree with what you have written.The guys who have continuously bombarded this forum with their crap views, the reason I say crap views is because it has been the same repetitive posts over and over again. Some did not even hold shares in either company. When I seen them use word like deramping I knew that it wasn’t a going to be the normal forum. Anyway my that’s my whinge complete. It’s going to be an interesting couple of weeks and I am eager to see what way the merger goes. I hope it goes through, but if it doesn’t, either way will not impact on my life. I hold both shares and will continue to do so.

Willec it’s a great move for both companies more so BPC. I’ve been holding BPC shares for over 2 years when the merger was announced I purchased CERP shares also. It gave me added security knowing CERP was onboard. I like Leo Koot, his background and work ethic. I prefer him to Simon Potter to be honest. Leo staying onboard after the merger will strengthen the company. What you have to do is stay positive and don’t react to Bully, who holds no stock, and his band of merry followers.

Leo Koot is irreplaceable. I see Bully and his band of merry men are still talking a load of crap. It’s quite unbelievable really that you have the audacity to keep spurting out the same old she it. You certainly have the credentials to put Jackanory to shame.

Bountyhunter. I just don’t have the same enthusiasm but the positivity is very much welcomed never the less.

Dave you are talking a load of tosh when it comes to the company not existing by Xmas. What I do agree with is that the directors should show us that the share price is to low by buying at this price. It would help steady the ship. My average is £4.02 even with my purchase today. I would like to say it’s going to climb but don’t want to be the fly in the ointment. I know you could say sell if I have any doubts but I’m kinda between a rock and hard place.

Good morning all. Not long to go now, soon we will be onboard with our siblings at CERP. Don’t worry about the SP it’s all superficial. Sit tight there is no need to worry. Bully and his band of merry men, there’s a few names I could call them, will be on their way. Come on the merger.

OMT. Your not far wrong there about Malcy the Oilman should be called the Milky bar kid. Another one of his top 5 was Hurricane. I got out just on time with that one. He’s probably paid to ramp up share prices. The unfortunate side is you can’t trust any of these so called experts or guys in the know.

Be patient Northern. I’ve not lost on the shares because I have not sold. My investment is down considerably and I’m not talking a couple of grand either. Yes I agree NaM. I’ve been onboard Fromm the 10p days, when it comes to value, yes it has been atrocious. It was one of Malcy’s top 5 buys at 9p. That’s why I bought in, more the fool me. I’ve stuck at it because I do believe P.Levine will get the company to where it should be. He’s got an interesting partner onboard now so let’s see what happens.

Starchild what is it about Bully that gets under your skin so much. I honestly just can’t take the guy seriously. I’m not just saying that to provoke a reaction from anyone I am being totally honest. I neither see him as an investor or day trader. I think the guy is at a loose end and needs to take out his frustrations on something. On this occasion it’s CERP/BPC forum. It’s only a penny share and the way he goes on about it is not normal. Especially when he has supposedly sold his holding and has the cash from it. He’s like a guy possessed and has his fortune riding on the outcome of the merger. He isn’t invested and clearly there is something sadly wrong.
