That’s a very well executed punt, especially it being i3e and Zephyr, but you emphasise I3e, but the biggest percentage of profit is with Zephyr without a doubt. Nice call all the same.
The upside here is outstanding especially now that BP is involved, they won’t let go now they are on board, and they will want a bigger slice of the pie if not the whole damn lot, cake slicer included.
This coming week with the CPR findings will shift us into double digits and not before time either.

In answer to your last 2sentences of the last paragraph, I believe we already have that partner in the JV or possible buyout and that’s BP.
They have lodged their talons into the buttocks of our company and they will not let go until they get what they want out of this deal.

What I lovely start to the day.
C.H ceases to surprise me. Now we have one of the big boys interested in our crude, shows how good the quality is, BP is an unbelievable asset, what an unbelievable/ fantastic situation we find ourselves in.
Our BOD have only parted with 50% of non core asset production or $30m to BP this is small potatoes to them but they are willing to do business for such a poultry amount, in their world of course, they have other alternatives here and it would not surprise me if they do t come in and buy us out.
They,BP, will wait on the upcoming CPR and then show their hand. I would love to be a fly on the wall of our companies board room at this moment.
Congratulations to C.H/BOD on this deal. OUTSTANDING!

The only thing that matters is that we get the CPR within the 6months, which is the legal requirement, and it certainly is not the first time that a CPR has run over the allocated time.
Sproule we’re given the data to decipher, give us accurate results, quantities of oil, gas within the Paradox, non core assets and they have not been able to supply this due to the complexity of it.

Let’s see what the coming days has in store for us investors, regarding the CPR of course.
For those individuals that are a little anxious remember C.H gave a recent interview keeping us updated that it was only days away.
He can’t do anymore than that and I believe, as I have mentioned on few occasions, that it will be a game changer for all who have stayed the distance and those newbies alike.
Just a little more patience is needed.

Well let’s hope that C.H gives you the heads up and helps lighten your load.

C.H is/has been very professional in his approach to updates, keeping us informed and getting us to this point of change.
When it comes to the pleasures in life, C.H would most probably would want to give his partner the best experience possible and go for at least 10 hours.
As for the so called jizzin, horrendous word, I believe that will be you when we get the CPR..

I agree with your gut feeling. I also think when the BOD/C.H, partners got the CPR around the 60 day mark and discovered that it did not have the full facts laid out. Also the price of oil and gas increased by over 20% increasing the profit margins of the non core assets, wells in production and well coming online. Then there was that little increase in revenue of around $6m. Lots to take into account which all adds up to a wonderful conclusion within a CPR.

I watched the proactive interview and there was nothing new or added from the recent RNS.
That said it’s nice to be reassured that updates,CPR, is just around the corner. What was interesting, the March payment is a backdated payment from previous months so there is still money owing. These figures are based on 1643bopd not on the 2000bopd(approx) that the BOD are suggesting. We are looking damn good, this vehicle is only crawling along or ticking over at the moment. C.H will be applying a little revs to this vehicle very shortly and we will be motoring along. Double digits for now.

SP is at 7p at the moment, I wonder if we will see 7.5p reached by the end of day.

It is getting into gear.
When this CPR is delivered, at some point this week, we will see a double digit SP and we will not look back.
We should have been there already, with developments over the last few months. I just hope that all LTH, those that have their heads underwater, held their ground , refusing to sell what holding they have.
Very nice times are looming for those that have kept faith with C.H and his BOD.

The 16oz ribeye is going to be served up multiple times over the coming months .
Anyone who is a serious investor, without a doubt, should be onboard with us and reap the rewards that are within our midst or grasp. I’ve already had a nice bite, as have other LTH, KP4, Setanta1, theyknowitall, papaduke, Northern, RB1, MALBRAD, V111, Islandgirl, come on a jump aboard the Zephyr limo.

I believe Whiting will either buy us out or at least take 50% of our company.
They paid $274m for their recent acquisition and we are a better prospect than that . C.H mentioned this in his most recent interview. $6m in March, from production assets, is magnificent and certainly more than we could have hoped for.
What a management team we have at the wheel, guiding us forwards to mid cap oil producing company status.

What did you decide to do with your holding, sell or hold? You mentioned that selling was a possibility due to the lack of feedback. Hope yo decided to stay onboard.

I’m looking forward to the CPR whenever it turns up especially if it’s today.
There has been a few dates thrown around and I was psyched up for it last week but obviously didn’t happen.
The longer it goes on the more my thoughts go down the path of a buyout. C.H is excited about the data given and Sproule are taking their time, being diligent of course to get this right.
We have always believed that this is a big play for us all but it could be much much larger than anticipated.

A buyout is very possible and would require proper scrutiny of the companies assets.
The CPR can take up to 6months and I would be content to sit on my hands until then. I have been very fortunate with my investment in our company, thanks to our management team/ partners, but I honestly believe we are the early stages of a further life changing investment. This Zephyr will become a.hurricane.
Hold on to your hats as all good things come to those that have the patience and virtue to wait.

You have always bought, sold your investment here, good luck to you for sure but you do have a tendency to pull the company down after the sale.

I’m glad you see it for what it is and all we have had is first class feed back from the BOD/C.H.
We have partners with a 25% stake in the company, EGI’ Utahs Energy and Geoscience institute’ and UGS ‘ Utah Geological Survey that are both technical teams and been a very important part, guiding our management team technically, of our companies strategy.
We are very fortunate to have their guidance and when C.H says that he is excited about the data given to Sproule you can bet so are our partners.
It’s all about trust, patience, respect for C.H and those that have guided us thus far.
I’m not ramping our stock just sharing my views.

I understand the frustrations, within the fraternity, but we have to bare in mind that C.H has always been honest ,upfront, given us regular concise updates so why doubt him or worry about the pending CPR.
Remember what he added , in the most recent RNS, it reassured most individuals/investors on this forum.
It was:
Colin Harrington, Chief Executive of Zephyr, said: "Many factors have contributed to the CPR taking slightly longer than originally anticipated, but we do expect to receive the report from Sproule within the next few weeks. More importantly, we are excited about the detail and analysis provided to Sproule and have appreciated their thoughtful collaboration with our technical team to date. We look forward to updating the market on Sproule's completed evaluation, and on multiple additional fronts, over the coming few weeks."

What is there not to like about this paragraph within the update.

My cousin said there were whispers that the CPR was due the last Thursday/Friday of the month that never happened.
I truly believed it was going to happen this morning. So apologies to all for posting, which turned out to be, pure speculation.
I have just emailed the company so will see what comes back.
I’m content enough until we get the CPR. As mentioned, Sproule have up until 6months to provide their findings to the market.

There is a lot riding on the CPR, I know, but C.H and the gang will deliver the goods of that I am so positive.
