We have been their before Womo, briefly when we hit the high of 8.8p, and we will hit that today then comes the £250m mark. All damn exciting but it’s a fact that we will be there in the coming months.

My cousin in Michigan called me last night, was telling me that there is a lot of focus on the recent Whiting acquisition thus bringing Zephyr into discussions. He’s been aboard since 1.5p ish and he is buzzing his gonads off. All very positive and exciting my friend. Hope you are well.

Bang on with that statement. C.H hasn’t hedged yet but will as soon as the CPR is received. He knows what’s going to be done now and most probably has all the paperwork lined up.

I believe, as I keep harping on about, we are on the fringe of becoming a Mid cap oil producing company.
With that we will become a $billion earning company, we shall see as we move towards the CPR, that is brilliant to be part of.

You’ve been in this stock for quite some time now and are well in profit, according to previous posts, so why the negativity?
We all know that the SP is going to climb, and climb it will, there is no reason to talk the stock down. It’s an unusual tactic when one is supposedly in receipt of the stock.

Bang on with that analysis of the situation. Something i big is brewing, I also keep thinking there is going to be a big player/partner coming into our camp or a sale of the company. I keep siding with the sale and I honestly believe they have been approached. If the CPR turns out they way C.H envisages, I believe Zephyr will be sold and that premium would be many multiples of the current SP.

I was drawn to the same facts about a further announcement being made.
For a full field development it would need a serious player, certainly one of the big boys, as you mentioned Whiting fits the bill perfectly.
It’s certainly been exciting up until now and it is going to get a whole lot tastier.

The MCap of the company is $82m which does include the new shares issued.

Hasn’t that always been the case. Thant was a positive update and it drops, nothing new there pal.

February’s figures will be in the CPR. The company cannot make any announcements until they have updated the market with the CPR findings. That is the normal process.

Do not take this personally but how can C. H possibly give us an update whilst the CPR is being processed.
It will all be in there.

That’s all I need to know. More than happy to wait and that last paragraph should stop any doubt whatsoever.

The $3m non refundable deposit was agreed in November as a commitment to ongoing discussions. This bought C.H the time necessary to agree terms of the loan whilst talking to Tyndall and the other institutional investors that have come onboard.
In fairness it took a couple of months, that’s what we know of, it could have been longer.
Therefore I don’t believe it was a fire sale and C.H certainly didn’t back himself into a corner.
When you look at the interest rates he managed to secure, I believe these to be favourable on both the company and lenders alike.
We do not know who the additional institutional investors are yet but they certainly got involved because C.H thanked and welcomed them to the company.

Were is the 1900 bopd coming from?
1900bopd gives us a Turner over of $218k at the present t price
The profit to us, is in the region of $133k -$155k per day. This equates to in the region of $50m profit per year at current production levels and it will be far higher than that.
So the MCap of $80m should be considerably higher regardless of sentiment.

To talk the CEO down when all he has done for the company, from 0.4p up to 8.8p, ok it’s at 5.4p at the moment but it’sbeen nothing short of brilliant, inspirational really.
I don’t see how he has messed up the last 4 months. What he has added to the non core assets is very nice.
The additional 3 wells coming on board should increase our bank balance
I would appreciate a response to my questions regarding the 1900bopd and the MCap at £80m making it expensive.

I am very surprised that you have accused C.H of messing it up, I do not see any logic in that statement whatsoever until we receive the CPR.
My last email received from the company/ C.H was very positive and showed his enthusiasm for the upcoming CPR pal

How does 1900 bopd make it expensive?
From what I gather the CPR will prove that we are in excess os 2000 bopd.
As for the MCap being expensive at £80m, would you be so kind as to share the maths that brought you to this conclusion pal

It wouldn’t surprise me if C.H was already in talks with a prospective partner or change of ownership.
Remember he mentioned, selling the company was another option, and would be explored if maximising value for shareholders.
He can do whatever he pleases for me. The SP is very ropy but ain’t a concern at all.
Regardless of the above, although a very big possibility, it’s all ifs n butts.
Anyway I am in the process of emailing the company.

There is an investor, who participates on this forum, has purchased around 800k shares at an average price of 7.65p, they are not concerned at he slight delay in the CPR.
Just try and relax, let C.H get the figures, we will soon know what the crack is pal.

Can you please enlighten me as to why you have mentioned this on 7 occasions and taken non of the advice given.
The auditors will release the information to the company when it is good and ready. It’s all about due diligence, has to be right, to point.
The MMs know that the CPR is imminent and could take a few weeks longer than time lines given.
This management team have been spot on when it comes to updates and should not be criticised.
