The reason for spending $36m on non operated assets is because of the value, the returns on the investment.
$35 to $45 profit on each barrel is fantastic economics and a no brainier.
It’s all about getting cash into the bank whilst waiting for the recent results, which was unknown, it adds another dimension to the portfolio.
You have to take into account that there was no dilution to the share holding and was a direct loan, investment headed by the C.H and his investment company, the rest I don’t have to explain, it’s all there in the updates.
Zephyr is on the crest f a wave and the SP cannot stay stagnant as it has been pal.

We have a decent BB, very conservative, direct with their views, not to much jibber jabber but overall one of the best forums on AIM with accountants, psychologists and a guy that left school with one O’level to boot.

I share your frustrations, the diabolical place we find ourselves in, post RNS, with no explanations as to why the SP does not reflect the current situation.
I have just emailed C.H asking the same question and will let you know the outcome.

I myself don’t really care about the irregularities surrounding the SP.
I’m confident , content enough to let this scenario play out until will get the necessary update.

Decent interview. Basically backs up what was in the RNS.
It is always nice to see C.H backing it up in this way, thus giving the new investors a flavour of what’s to come.
As I have said many times, mid cap oil producing company is imminent.

I’ve been investing for 30years, 20+ on Aim and I am well aware of the pitfalls.
One thing is for sure, as far as I am concerned, the company has delivered the goods, C.H and the BOD have kept their promises.
I am very, very happy at the state of play here.
I’m here for 2years, will cash in my holding and at it to my pension.
The ZEPHYR has become my hurricane and there is more to come.

Maybe our resident Psychologist would be able to give an evaluation. He/she is on the ball, supposedly, but I wouldn’t be to sure of that myself, when it comes to what is going on in the mind.

There is no angst with me my friend, I am happy as a pig in mud, could not be any happier.
I just take note of other individuals posts, assess what is written and post my thoughts based on that.
As I mentioned the current SP does not bother me. I have got what I want out of my holding and have a free run with 221k shares moving forward.
There appears to be a few green boxes, those filtered for their consistent drivel, and don’t know what they imply but have an idea it will be some form of repetitive nonsense. So no point going there.
I’ve just managed to convince my brother, it’s taken 6months, to invest and is now on board.
I will let you know when I receive a reply chairman.

On the HSBC share dealing site it is neither blue or red, it’s just down as a buy.
On that site you get the largest and smallest sales but they are all in black with either a BUY or a SELL at the side.
It was down as a purchase(BUY)

For what it’s worth Whistler.
On the HSBC trading website it is a buy. At this time in the proceedings, I suppose, it doesn’t really matter either way.

You are right about Celtic. I have been disillusioned by their attitude, they players, on the field and the management ain’t any better. I gave up my family ticket at the end of last season. I was sat with my 5year old grandson, in Parkhead, after taking him for 2years turned around to me and asked,’ when is Liverpool going to come out.’
Everyone around me just bust out laughing, I thought, maybe it’s time to give up trying to get my grandson to support Celtic.

UGS put out reports in 2015, which is 6 years ago, this was an assessment that is all.
They have become a partner of ours based on recent findings over the years, Rose is one company that has assisted in giving these geological, seismic updates. I remember these days with more excitement the disappointment.
Rose has helped put us we’re we are, C.H being part of the existing board, with there continuous findings and updates.
C.H knew what was in the Paradox courtesy of the above, set out to prove this and continue the Rose journey with the UGS and EGI at the helm.
You mention the reports of 2015 but it does not address the question asked, in relation to the above post, so will pose the question again-

Can you give me an idea of this modest drilling program?
We don’t know what the drilling program is going to be, for next year, as we don’t have the final results from the well clean up.
Non core assets, we do have an idea, but only an idea, as C.H is looking to add to the already planned 22wells, that he mentions in most updates. Do you have some sort of crystal ball at your disposal?
You can go on about that ZEPHYR is by far your biggest holding, based on your posts and especially your recent, I still believe that you are not invested.
You do not post actual facts only ‘ifs and butts’ and what you post are not in anyway correct, just assumption based on negativity and do not apply to the RNS posted by C.H.
This applies to each and every Zephyr post/thread posted by yourself.

The higher the purchases, the higher the SP and vice versa.
Sentiment is very good amongst the fraternity, all we need is the next update to kick us on over 8p and so on.
As I have mentioned the SP is not a concern. I am extremely confident on were we are going, we’re we will end up.

For what it is worth, probably not a lot.
Every post/thread from yourself has always spurned more negatives than positives.
It’s good to have an open view but your views have always been more targeted on ifs and buts rather than what is happening at the present time.
C.H gives us an update, as positive as it could be, you have always added negative views, never just posted based on what has been mentioned.

C.H in most of his recent interviews has always been of the opinion, funding the Paradox , would come from cash generated from non operating assets.
If dilution was required in any form he would have brought the subject up.
C.H mentioned a figure of 7% recoverable without fracking, this would have accumulated to 145BOE approx.
So at 12% the figure would rise to 250BOE approx.
With new technologies, mentioned by C.H, he feels very upbeat, confident that the whole of the Paradox will become a fracking play.
I disagree that we will have problems, delays, fluctuations in production.
We’re does it say that other operators in the Paradox Basin have had a long history of technical problems causing production disruptions?
This is a completely new type of play on the basin, so who can determine if there will be production issues.
This is all just a matter of opinion, has no foundation, until we have ongoing production on the Paradox.
