I’ve never known warrants to be issued allowing, us little fish in the big pond, shareholders to partake in the placing.

The warrants not being issued until hitting the 7.5p threshold/average speaks volumes.
C.H, the BOD have shown their hands with this RNS. Anyone that says this update is not marvellous or contradicts, are not invested, disgruntled at selling their shares or don’t have an ounce of common sense.

Great post. C.H, the BOD have been honest and direct. When I’ve emailed C.H, have always had a reply and what has been mentioned has come to fruition.
It’s an excellent RNS, I believe the placing will be over subscribed, we are in for a very entertaining and fruitful couple of years.

As I said Wednesday, based on an email, we will be getting an update in the next 7 to 10 days.
As normal C.H is on the ball, honest with his intentions and his replies to emails. What is not to like about the update?
This is what every mid to long term holder wanted and expected, well I certainly did, let’s kick on now that the funds are in place.
KP4, papaduke, theyknowitall, Setanta1, how do you feel about this update.
Brilliant update, all that is left is to sit back and let the program unfold. I have 2years so onwards and upwards.

I was asked by you if the update was true. I answered by letting all know, the response I had to an email forwarded to C.H,
the feeling within the company.I will not be sharing replies in future further more I don’t care who listens to me or not. I did it for the benefit of those listed in the thread.

Of course covid has its impact but it’s only short term. The companies position remains unaltered and when they get the figures, from the powers that be, the market will be updated. Just keep adding when possible, listen to no one and be patient.
Anyone that continuously casts doubt about our company should not be trusted, should not be invested, probably is not invested.

The companies email address is there for all to see, it is not a hotline just an option for those who want to get in touch with C.H/ company.
I am happy as a pig in mud and have no concerns about our position at all.
For those LTH, KP4, theyknowitall, papaduke, Setanta1 etc
C.H, in reference to recent updates and results, is excited about the future of our company has no intentions of selling the company in the near future and is totally committed to Zephyr.
Anyone who wants to question the above only needs to email C.H/ company and he will endorse, confirm this.
The future is good and I am happy sat in this vehicle.

All is still positive, in my view, if you feel the heat, sell, otherwise wait for the update next week.

I had a couple of issues, negative thoughts, so I emailed the gaffer,C.H, the reply I got was spot on and I for one have no doubts whatsoever. Going by the response, email received, neither does C.H.
This guy is 100% Zephyr to the core.
Be optimistic, be happy, be patient , we will all be rewarded for that.
This is not just IMO but fact.
If in doubt email the company.

Equity raises have never been mentioned. What individuals have to do here is sit on their hands and do not listen to what others have to say. C.H has told us all we need to know, if in doubt, listen to his updates.
Believe no one, go with your own feelings. I am invested purely based on what C.H, the BOD, have delivered and trust them 100%.
C.H has continuously said that our non core assets will pay for further development monies raised so far has been taken care of by investors and BOD and not been given at discount.

As the header states, ‘take stock and relax.’
There is no need to get anxious and relinquish your shares at an SP that is 33% lower than it should be at the present time.
We will have our update in the coming week so for those newbies that are suffering a paper loss at the moment, sit on your hands, don’t be swayed by others or the fact the SP is down on your initial investment, because the SP will rise back to where it should be in the coming weeks.
CH and the BOD are producing the goods and will take the company to the $billion status.

As normal I completely agree with that sentiment, patience is needed, and I believe all the LTH here will stick with the program.
I am steadily increasing my holding again after my initial offload, you know why, and will continue to do so over the next 24months.
I hope you are well and enjoying the fruits life has to offer. One thing is for sure I am looking forward to the fruit, the Zephyr tree bares/produces, over the coming weeks, months and years.
Such has always been my confidence, outlook, as we stand at this moment in time, our wonderful BOD, partnership, certainly have not disappointed and produced the goods.
Plenty more to come for sure. Sit tight be happy and reap the rewards. Good things come to those who wait and I can certainly vouch for that.
No doubt there will be a couple of individuals feeling sick at my optimism and accusing me of ramping.

It will nice to get a proper evaluation of our assets and estimate on the recoverable 145mboe.
The recoverable estimate is based on the lower more conservative side @7% .
If it was based on the average side it would be 250mboe. It’s going to be a very interesting month ahead for all concerned.

Just to confirm I am being very conservative with the estimate and I mean very, very conservative.
If I break it down properly, post the actual figures, you would think the cheese has dropped off the cracker.

Just keep on selling and buying back in, try and bolster your holding.
Based on 8.8p high if you sold 100k share you would get £8.800 you could reinvest and buy 132k shares approx for the same cash.

I would do no such thing. The LTH on this forum, the good guys, that have been invested from the 0.56p stage all know what to expect as do I.
Read through all the RNS, figures quoted by C.H and see what you come up with.
Deramping, no such word. I’ve got what I want out of Zephyr and my holding and have no cause to bolster the SP.
We shall leave it at that and see what appertains.
We are all entitled to our opinions and mine is all based on fact.
The next 2months will confirm this.

That is the value of the 2.65m barrels, on paper, but I’d imagine that the profit on that would be somewhere in the region of
$45 x 2.65m = 120m approx that is a wonderful number.
Then, on top, you have the non core assets. We will get that update in the coming weeks and it will be eye popping.
We can estimate the profits based on what C.H has mentioned but why speculate. Let’s get that from the horses mouth, so to speak, then we can all have a proper debate.
I honestly believe, like the 16-2 well, way above expectations.
That’s my take anyway.

The best thing you can do is to filter this geezer.
He/ she talks absolute and utter tripe, can’t even get figures right, continuously talks the company down without really understanding what’s going on.

It’s bewildering why the SP takes a continuous hit for no reason. That update has nothing to do with any form of negativity just a delay to the Williston project until next month. What annoys, frustrates me is not being able to add.

Not much of an RNS but expected the rise in Covid would take its effect on proceedings.
There is not much in update and it is not really an issue going forward. We have already had the exciting news the rest will fall into place from next month. It’s just a case of sitting on ones hands and not giving the MMs cheap shares.
