Why would anyone want to have a discussion based on an SP that spiked 8 years ago?
Tell you what though, I could discuss a day back in 1996 when I was spiked, but that only lasted for 4hrs.

I am well aware of the profits now. I am discussing figures that will be upcoming in the CPR.
The average profit over the last 12 months are those that I have quoted. The cost to us, on previously purchased non core assets was between 30 and 40 dollars. When we get the wells drilled, assets just purchased, the profits will be immense.
Watch what you say about the SP getting to £1, when I mentioned that around 4 months ago, was immediately challenged.

Our profit per barrel of oil is between $60 and $70 this is based on a barrel of Brent at $100.
Multiply them by 1700 bopd gives you the figures quoted.
I am being conservative with the figures. I believe we will be up around 2000 bopd now.

I still believe that C.H/BOD and partners, as you mention, will be negotiating behind the scenes.
I believe the BOD want the CPR on point, exact as it possibly can be, because our company will be sold.
I believe the job at hand, reserves in place, wells that have to be drilled will indeed, as youve pointed out on several occasions, will need a bigger player.
C.H/BOD could sell the Paradox assets and continue with the non core assets which would still give the company a very nice turnover.
Our turnover or profit, with the price of of Brent at the moment, at around $60-$70 per barrel equates to between $102k-$119k per day not bad for a little company.
The above does not include condensate/gas.
Marvellous position we find ourselves in and it’s all thanks to C.H/BOD, EOG and UGS.

The market does not care about the announcement . They know, the market, when announced the upcoming CPR , in 60days, is only a rough estimate or guideline as to when we should receive it.
As I’ve said the SP climbing is a good indicator.

What we have to realise the CPR will have to be up to date and is independently assessed.
If it is taking a little longer then it is still being finalised. The update will be with us, hopefully, Thursday/Friday. The reason for this was posted previously, when the same was asked just over a week ago Tom111.
No matter what it will be with us soon, the SP is climbing, that is all that matters, and is a good indicator that it’s imminent.

Thanks for the kind words.
To be honest, what gave me the added drive, when C.H joined the Rose board, shared his intentions, for me it was a no brainier.
I have emailed C.H/ board on many occasions each time receiving a reply, direct reply answering my query in full.
I shared this with the BB in my words. Our company is going to be a mid cap oil producing company, without doubt.
More important is the BOD that are at the helm, we are very lucky, privileged to have such experience, they change the gears of the Zephyr juggernaut whilst C.H drives/ steers it.
Those sticking with their holding will see a multiple upside, when I say multiple, i mean many multiples.
It would appear we are starting a move North.

I purchased the home and sold all but 200k shares at a price of 5.6p. It then climbed to 7p a week later.
I didn’t want to sell at that point because, similar to the situation now, we were waiting on the Paradox update.
The issue I had was the buyer threatened to pull out Of the sale, unless it was settled the following day, so couldn’t take the risk to wait on the upcoming RNS. Mind you I had told her a load of nonsense, over a couple of weeks, that money was taking its time coming through, just didn’t get long enough pal.
I bloody kicked myself at losing a considerable amount. That said I made all but £36k of my own cash thanks to our companies progress.

This is why I keep on to investors to hold and wait for the RNS because, it will be good news, will increase the SP and I don’t want them to feel the way I did.

It would seem there are a few nervous, maybe, anxious investors regarding the SP, hoping, willing the CPR.
The SP should not be were it is, certainly not based on our progress, as we head towards being a mid cap oil producing company.
All that is needed, a little patience, nothing more than that as the SP will climb and it is inevitable based on our non core assets alone.
The mathematical breakdown has been discussed on many occasions, at the $75 per barrel of oil, the profit which has increased by 25%. I am really looking forward to the update and for those that are a little anxious, do not sell your holding unless it is, in the name of that wonderful band ’ Dire Straights,’ just hold on for another week and reap the rewards.

C.H will brighten up our day when discussing our companies progress, targets and financial status.
The BOD will be wheeling, dealing behind the scenes, further strengthening our company as we motor along.
We have a wonderful opportunity here to make a very nice profit, as will those that have their heads under water.

Thanks for the kind words. I am enjoying my time out here. Fly back into Manchester next week. It was a difficult time for many LTH at BPC/CERP. The mistruths by the BOD/S.Potter was unbelievable and not to forget the run ins I had, we had with starfish.
That’s in the past now. I truly believe you will make up those losses and more if you give C.H/ BOD the time. Ive never had a doubt, concern about my holding in our company because we have an outstanding, very well thought of, professional team of board members with experience to boot. So it was a no brainier to stick with it, add when possible which I did at 7.7p, 7.5p and recently 5.08p and 5.1p. We are on the fringe of a very nice update/CPR pal. Take care and ATB.

You had the patience when invested in BPC so a little of that would suffice here.
Just chill your beans, for a few more working days, and all will come good. When we get the CPR the stick will gradually climb, hopefully 1.5p on announcement then towards double digits. I was surprised when they announced the placing, even though some of the guys were saying it had to happen.
I have the time to sit on my holding so would have prepared for them to do it gradually, with funds from our non core assets, but C.H/BOD had a different strategy as we know now.
The reason they moved so quickly is because of the Paradox results, we are sitting on black gold worth a small fortune, and the best is yet to come.
So be patient, give it time, you’ve only come onboard this vehicle, fasten that seat belt, enjoy the ride, the excitement of this very undulating road, but more importantly, a road that will lead to many financial rewards.
If you get impatient drop C.H/BOD an email and they will reply. We’ve got a magnificent management team with over 60 years of experience between them.
ITS ALL GOOD.

The SP will climb, be rest assured of that.
When we get the CPR next Thursday/Friday it will ease the nerves of those underwater, newbies of course, and get us moving forward.
What individuals have to remember is warrants were made accessible, during the placing, with a figure of 7.5p they were sapped up in minutes.
All this situations takes, in the words of a famous boy band, is a little patience.
We are on the fringe of being part of a mid cap oil/gas producing company and with that comes a very nice payday.
Will be even that little bit more of a pleasure when we have a buyer, which in my opinion is nailed on, for the entire company.
I don’t believe C.H/ BOD would want to be part of such a venture. Only time will tell.

For those that are feeling jittery, obviously newbies etc, as the heading says be patient and let’s get to the CPR.
I appreciate some of us have time on our hands, have the option of giving our BOD/C.H a free hand for a year or two, but I honestly believe when we get the results(CPR) the SP will begin to increase substantially. Colin during the interview mentioned the BOD could not partake in the placing because of the upcoming results and for me stressed the point that they would have without actually saying it.
I have always believed we have a fantastic opportunity to be part of a mid cap oil producing company and that has never changed. If anything the belief has strengthened.

Being able to partake in the warrants, in my opinion of course, was absolutely brilliant and beneficial.
At the same time is was very nice to be able to add at this current SP. The sad part is the diehards, my Zephyr friends, are not in the position to add to their existing portfolio.

When he mentioned whiting, how many millions had been spent by them, certainly got me thinking the same as yourself.
Those individuals that are under water will recoup their funds and more, a helluva lot more at that.
I bought 246k shares at 7.7p but at no point has it bothered me. I was happy if the BOD wanted to use our own assets to build but they decided to jump straight in with the placing.
It just means we will get to the end result far quicker, sale of the company in my opinion, and reap the rewards.

I don’t believe that anyone has taken anything out of our pockets. I believe it to be a positive move on our behalf and completed trust our BOD/C.H.
Questions will ,can be asked tomorrow night.
As for the warrants It’s a great move, for those that have managed to partake, and is a nice , welcomed opportunity to make a decent profit.
I want the SP to remain high for all concerned but whilst the SP is at this level will make the most of it.

As normal you get the managed SP into the thread.
The points raised are, always have been, with sum substance and time will tell pal.
I am still of the same frame of mind, always will be that we are being manipulated, the SP of course, in what form who the hell knows but one thing is for sure we will turn that corner, when we do, it will be worthwhile to all those that stayed the distance, the extra mile and so on.
C.H/BOD have always been upfront in all aspects of, updates, timelines, prospects and were the company is headed.
The guy is more excited than, ever with the recent placing and we’re the company is going and we’re those funds will be used.
It makes very good reading, certainly very appealing to the ears when he gives us an insight, of his thoughts, vision, direction being taken, via LSE interviews and the next on the 8th Feb will be no different.
So I will urge all the LTH to sit firm and reap the rewards. We are on the cusp of a wave that will turn into a tidal wave.
