They are in talks to secure a rig for a 3 drill program at a time when it is difficult to get that sort of commitment which they have already stated. I believe we will get confirmation of both the rig being secured, license being granted within the same update. It out

Thank you for the kind words and it has made me feel that bit better knowing my enthusiasm for our company stoped you from giving those MMs your holding all credit to you. I’ve been with this company for many years, know the history and of those BOD that have come onboard. Investors have a wonderful opportunity if they hold their nerve, easier said than done I know. I am a peoples person and love to see investors getting their just rewards.
I’m back in Lancashire until September/October and then off again to the sunshine. Thanks to our BOD/company.

I don’t particularly care what scenarios people come up and is insignificant.
What does amaze me is those that call the BOD on this forum without having the balls to email them before making their views known or assumptions. I wonder why that is, maybe they just don’t have the intelligence, knowhow to engage in a conversation with the board maybe they ain’t invested, maybe they want in at a lower price to make up for errors in relinquishing their holding.
Chain I did actually take you threads seriously as they were pleasantly direct but not to worry we are all entitled to our post views.

Who is insulting your intelligence islandgirl?
I’m letting those individuals know that we have a top class BOD and partners. I have watched all this unfold and have engaged with each of our board. There are a lot of insecure investors here because certain individuals knock our BOD and C.H is the main one targeted. I have given a little insight into what we have as a company. Those who are genuine investors sometimes need a little encouragement.

Is one of the most genuine guys that I have come across and has not ridiculed C.H because the SP has dropped significantly when it is purely down to the MMs and those who scaremonger within the forum.

I’ve made my money and have a free run be rest assured I am not here to ramp just trying to encourage those that waiver and sell because of those individuals, who have sold at a lower price, and are somewhat upset.

Yes, the BOD of directors know what the Paradox is all about.
CH, when a board member tried to change the habits of the original BOD. They were spending to much monies on land, random drills and 2D updates. In a two words, badly managed.
C.H changed the approach got together the existing team and partners. This guy is one shrewd cookie, business but mostly the three types of oil exploration.
(1) surface methods such as geologic feature mapping and detection of seepages, (2) area surveys of gravity and magnetic fields, and (3) seismographic methods.
Going from 0.4p to the current SP is not based on false hopes but because of this BOD experiences.
Those who call C.H clearly do not know what they are going on about and need to do their research.
This gentleman is our golden goose and will produce the goods, is genuine in his pursuit of getting value for the shareholders and make no mistake this will be his legacy but most of all our route to a mid tier oil producing company with a very nice profit on our investment indeed.

Have you contacted C.H via email regarding your supposed concerns?
If so what was the reply. You seem to continuously vent frustrations but don’t aim them at the companies BOD.
They will give you the answers. I have emailed C.H and had prompt replies. The answers you will receive will be direct and straight to the point. I’ve mentioned this to you a few times but you seemingly keep on with the same old spiel.
Not the signs of someone who is invested. The recent placing all the shares were absorbed at 5p that’s 20% higher than were we are at and the monies from that have been utilised very well indeed.

Whilst it is good to speculate but do agree that facts should be provided and individuals should do their homework before posting. I would recommend that the new investors, over the last few months should go through the profiles of our BOD and go back to when C.H joined our company Rose a few years ago understanding his vision when he decided to to change our name to Zephyr and formed the new BOD.

You say BP can get this sort of company any day! I beg to differ and challenge that absurd view. Why did BP agree to purchase 50% of the Williston production if they could get this anyway?
They wanted to purchase a higher percentage but C.H refused as he and the BOD wanted to leave the remaining 50% to fluctuate with the market. BP are patiently waiting for the outcome and would buy as much as oil produced. As we know the oil is very light and of a high standard.
If you email C.H he will respond and confirm the above to be correct.

C.H has been very clear in the past, via interviews, RNS that he is open to all possibilities that if approached and in the interest of the shareholders, he would indeed discuss selling the company.
In my view this will happen but not until we have drilled the wells announced. I believe that BP is sat in the background waiting for the volumes. They haven’t purchased 50% of Williston production, which was hedged of course, for no reason.

I agree that our BOD will indeed sell the company. I believe that they will follow through with the drilling program and achieve maximum value before they decide to sell.
C.H has a point to prove and prove it he will. Opportunities such as this come but once in a lifetime and he will want to take advantage of this. The management team we have don’t need the cash, are very well respected within their prospective fields of expertise and will want to add this to their legacy.
