I was watching closely as the price dropped off by over 4% today in a very positive US market - then with two big buys filled at midday EST (not indicated on this website but totaling about $800,000) the price then goes positive by 1.5% - Seems like NASDAQ is just like AIM!
A nice return in just a few hours for those buyers, but more importantly might indicate some good upside to come....

With no official news to contradict the last company statements then why would you sell now if you bought off the back of those ? Nothing goes up in a straight line, and if it does it generally corrects very quickly . So, I am happily sitting this out until I know officially otherwise - ie I wont be listening to unevidenced messages of doom from random anonymous posters on a bulletin board!

Apparently bio technology is the new boom sector.
Check out Unity Biotechnology. Jeff Bezos and Peter Thiel invested early in them (they seem to understand a thing or two or about making a few $s, they look cheap today and survived today’s sell off with only a 0.2% drop compared to Nasdaq 3%.

Considering market/economic/COVID/US Election turmoil, this isn’t doing too badly.

Of course, the 9% drop has nothing to do with wanting to fill an order and get commission for £50k at 29.975 that got executed at the close???

Just a brief look at the technical chart will show you that all recent rises have seen a significant increase in volume, whereas the price drops (including today) are on low volume. Of course, this could all go to dog s4it, but without any further official news to cast doubt on the forecast to start producing gold by the end of the year, I am not tempted to sell, even though I am sitting on a tidy profit. In fact I would add if my portfolio risk management rules allowed.

How glad am I that I bought 2.5m of these a few months ago....
By Xmas we should know if this will be re-rated as a successful producer, and if so I’ve got 18p as a longer term target (a basic calculation based on producing their lower forecast of 500,000 ozs of Gold.

All these deals take time .... Ive been in EUA since February. A potential sale of the company was announced around then and still no deal announced BUT there are RNS updates saying still working towards it. Hopefully the same here but an RNS update would settle the nervous.

Is it just me or does HL lag considerably behind the real live price for GWMO? I am seeing an 7.8% rise @ 0.28 on other platforms yet HL is only showing 1.96% @ 0.25.

Further:
The difference being that it is "Spread Betting" through IG, not the purchase of actual shares.

I hold millions of shares, but was going to have a bit of fun with IG. Obviously they don't see the funny side of it!

Just tried to open long position by "buying" GWMO .
IG message: "Closing only: Market unavailable to open".
I wonder why that could be???

The company is more than 5-years old....
