BOD investments and assets10 Apr 2021 22:36
A quick look at historical purchases show that our BOD are significantly invested - nothing bought since July '20 but apparently still in the game with £428k . A not insignificant amount of money.
On gold alone (and from my post last year), if the company realised the full value of the mid-range of its recoverable gold, then that might indicate a share price of 21p.... even if you discount that by a further 50% then 10p+ might be on the cards. And that's just gold. I'm optimistic and hold a few million of these.
From last year:
500,000 to 1,500,000 oz of recoverable gold.
At $1700 an oz (yes, I’m discounting), and taking a mid point of 750,000 oz that would equate to
$1,275,000,000, or simply $1.275bn.
With cost to extract running at perhaps $500/oz that cost for 750,000 oz would be $375,000,000 or simply $375m.
Rough calculation as it may be but that would equate to $900,000,000 or $900m.....
With 3,071m shares in issue that’s $0.29, or at today’s FX 21p.
