RE: Removal of Open Position on Synairgen website11 Nov 2022 15:04
Thank you for checking that out Mani. That was a strange answer from Brooke Clarke. You expressed a legitimate interest as an investor as to whether one or both of these positions had been filled? Surely a direct answer would not be deemed as market sensitive information? Looking at the VP appointments during the last two years, the only one that I could find declared in an RNS was that of Dr Gareth Walters as CRO on Oct 13, 2021. I cannot remember how the other recent senior management posts were announced, but assume that I read about them in contributions from an eagle eyed investor on this forum? As the recent posts were not at a similar level, perhaps the company does not deem it appropriate to confirm the appointments? Provided, of course, both of these posts were filled?
I totally agree that the only important current announcement is whether Richard Marsden and his senior leaders have been successful in negotiating a P3 trial for SNG001 - either a PT or a trial in partnership with a BP company? Nothing else matters for the time being. Very promising results have been collated in recent months, and have been variously presented at major conferences, which leads to some optimism.
We have no idea of any progress made, or otherwise? Consequently I choose to reject any negativity concerning this issue on a small discussion forum. There is very little trading of Synairgen shares at the moment, IMHO mostly the actions of speculative short-term traders? Some attempt to spread negativity on this forum, but to little effect. Most of it has no foundation. I believe that most LTIs are following TFG Asset Management's lead, and holding their shares pending a significant development? The RNS information that investors have received in the last six months is positive. It has had zero net effect on the share price. This is because it does not lead to any income generation, although it has signalled the potential of SNG001 to do so. The ball is very much in Synairgen's court; as investors we can but wait to receive updates from the company.
