Its not that I have an issue with the original post, it's the 15 recommendations it got which shows the level of complete crazy on this board.

I try to be very careful not to be derogatory to an individual as that's not what these boards are about but the sheer quantity of recommendation to the original post has just been a massive eye opener to the types of mentalities that are here and posting.

Yea, I would consider it a high estimate by year end but I can see its "possible" especially if a non dilutive financing option was declared for 200w of immersion.

So possible in my book, not probable though in my opinion.

Northfork I am not having a go at you either you have posted something that you believe you have read, it is most likely 20 dollars which would then be Adr so divided by 10, so 2 dollars price target or about £1.50.

That would be much more realistic.

I don't want to seem disrespectful especially if you are just accurately reporting what you've seen, but argo @£20.50 is just plain bonkers, I see loads of people have ticked it up too which is equally as bonkers.

I can only assume I've mis interpreted something and it's not about Argo.

If I havn't and you've Genuinly seen £20 not usd adr but actual lse £20 per share for argo by year end then I think it would be worth dismissing it.

What on earth would make it go up 13 fold in about 6 weeks.

Just a quick note for those who were mocking me earlier on Mara for my "data and opinion approach' if you had of bought in at open you would be around 15% up.

Just saying as there are too many that take the p*ss but then they are just wrong.

On the contrary, I'll happily go along with that, but it means that money will bleed back out so the only sensible strategy is to trade the miners I reckon

Its weird how it does it and then when the other miners go up it drops, that's why I was referring to it as a port in a storm.. Great for when the storm is blowing but then boring to be sat in a port when there is no storm.

Seems to happen frequently which is why I'm not too excited but of course a bit of blue is much better than red

Nah, just noise so far, I think we will make our move when financing for 200mw is known (whatever method we use). Until then I reckon its just a bit of noise up and down.

I'm not so concerned now though just down to £15k here but with a expectation to go in a lot heavier once the financing piece is know, I'd that means I miss a bit of a run up then so be it (I'd prefer to make less profit than lose money if you know what I mean).

Onwards and upwards though, quarters and years.

Bah I bottled it because riot was at $35 so I bought more riot instead. So kow I would expect mara to rocket and riot to tank.

Its not nonsense it's different to how you put it.

I'll try to explain it how I see it just as an example.

Imagine there are 4 miners in the whole world and the global hashrate is 100 and produces 100 btc per year. Each miner hash 25 hashrate and get 25 btc.

Now imagine that they all decide to invest 500 million and they all double thier hashrate.

So now the global hashrate is 200 with 100 btc, they all have 50 hashrate but still only 25 btc.

Now just 3 companies double thier hashrate again so now there is 300 hash for each of the 3 companies and 100 hash for 1 company.

There is still only 100btc for the year and the global hashrate is now 1000. For 3 companies they will get 30 btc but now the 1 company will only get 10 btc.

So because the 1 company couldn't keep up the rate of increase they are now receiving less btc even though thier hashrate originally doubled and they have spend millions and millions.

As the miners get more hash rate then the difficulty increases, other miners have to match the increase just to remain standing still. That's the futile nature of it all.
