Thankyou for your contribution there, really got me thinking about argo/crypto good value added discussion.

Can't we just drop the childish BS all the time and just stick to talking about Argo/Crypto. I don't want to have these stupidly pointless " troll" posts all time.

My takeaway..

The 20,000 s19s we have on order will be installed by October 2022 (starting in March maybe).

The s17's we currently have which cause problems in the heat will be moved to Helios with the hope of immersion making them more effective

We will look at buying other second hand machines to put into Helios as and when a good deal is avaliable.

Now I can't help it, it's just the way my brain works but my immediate thoughts are to sell what I have left. Not because argo is a bad company but I get the impression they have basically written off this bulk cycle and are preparing for the crypto winter.

I think there's still a bit more left to run in this bull cycle so my line of thought has to be with those who want to capitalise on it. As soon as it goes winter or bear then my money is easily best placed in Argo.

I'm going to ing to listen to the interview a few more times because I think it was a very good interview thats given a bit of an insight of Argos direction.

My big thing as always is financing and machines, I pretty sure that he said the latest raises was to ensure Helios was kitted out to me this means miners and not just infrastructure so that's good. The bit I don't like is that it then seems we don't have much of a plan other than to buy some second hand machines on top of what we already have.

It was said that you can't buy second hand s17's for what we paid for them (around $900) so I'm not sure on the thought process there.

Short term there doesn't seem to be anything exciting but the medium to long term should make argo a place to invest when others are falling.

Thanks for sharing, I was aligning this latest drop with a Mt Gox driven influx of btc building up to the 20th Nov date but looks like that's misplaced.

With any luck then this retrace is of the healthy kind. I originally had it in my head that low 60s maybe high 50s was a good and healthy retrace level... Started to have a rethink when we neared 55 and linked it to Mt Gox events but maybe not so much now.

To be honest i was going to start just ignoring any of the post directed to me about my posting style and only respond to the posts specifically about argo/crypto because I'm also getting quite bored of all the inane trolling pushed in my direction.

Anothing trolling post.. If no genuine person believes that today's RNS had the symbol wrong then it means that these "genuine people" are idiots.

I don't say that lightly or as a means of having a dig at anyone I say it meaning they are below not bright.
I even posted the contradictory rns's and a link to the symbol on nasdaq.

If " genuine people" do not believe that then I'm at a loss of how else to explain it.

But if what I am saying is true and people agree it's true then how can you all have a go when I post stuff that's true.

Ironically I would understand if I was coming out with nonsense like £100 by Xmas and loads of unfounded stuff but what I am saying is true.

You do realise that my "endless critiques" are me saying the bid are making themselves look amateur and I don't know how we are going to finance the 200mw of Helios.

Not exactly endless critiques of the company, most of my posts lately have actually been defending myself against the non stop troll attack here.

My critism was about getting the ticker symbol wrong in an official communication. I believe its a valid critism and that it makes the board look like amateurs when twice in a row they have made mistakes in a RNS and very recently had to issue an RNS over non disclosed information... Valid critism in my book.

So instead of letting someone waste thier time which is of no consequence to you, you waste your own time posting about how someone else has wasted their time..

You then do a second post purely to be derogatory to posters and then say about wasting time.

Actually I was going to end it with that but had to help one of the kids.. For the record, yes I do think the - 9% ish is noise as well.. Its just a reaction like the other miners. Nothing has changed with the company.

It's strange how the other day everyone got over excited about arb going 10% up, I said it was noise and got slammed for it.. Something like "wait til close" and the associated micky taking.

Funny how no one seems to want to mention its nearly 9% in the US.

Again, just saying as I am making a point of highlighting when I get nonsense from a bunch on here and I end up being pretty accurate.

I'm not even doing it to troll or goad anyone, Im doing it in the hope that when I point it out each time maybe people in the future might have a more open mind about the "negative"

Yep I'm willing it to go down and it is, I just wish I had sold off my whale hodl before I used my magic brain power to drive the fall.. I'll try to remember the correct sequence next time.

I reckon so, I was staring at btc and miner charts yesterday and the btc chart in particular, I couldn't put my finger on it but it looked like a price fight to me with lots of attempts to go up being battered down like quick succession whack a mole.

Then only negative to it is cost, the cost to buy yourself retrospectively green. I don't know what the costs were when we bought ourselves green?

Its what I said at the time (and ridiculed as standard of course).... What stops any other miner just buying themselves retrospectively green, if/when it haa financial value in the btc world then the other miners will just buy enough 'carbon credit' to claim the same as argo.

Not true again, lots of statements are made here like they are fact but in reality they are just not true.

Whe I started posting on these board around 6months or so it was vile. The whole 'discord' army thing was just daft.

Back then anyone who posted a contrary opinion were torn apart by the group. It then settled down a bit and wasn't too bad for a while, typically as the share price went up. My critically thinking posting style or negativity as some call it has not changed.

The thing that has changed is that the IPO happened and everyone went on a downer internally, the share price hasn't really done anything since then so posters misdirect thier anger to those easiest to target.

That happens because people gain comfort in solidarity and the sense of belonging to a team, so even though people might 100% agree with 'negative' things that are said they will lash out against the poster firstly to perpetuate thier denial that there's nothing bad and secondly because when they do so they get support through recommends or posts which again make them feel a little better through a sense of solidarity.

I think you would see many more critical posts here if people didn't think they would be called names and ridiculed for it.

The board was bad for mob mentality way before I posted and remains so today. Difference now though is that I strongly believe there are a bunch of unhinged posters on here so I can internally process them as such.

There is the ticker symbol, so its not as if there was a last minute change of ticker symbol.. Its just wrong.

But he's right though, the RNS is wrong isn't it? It's not just a typo on a random word, it's the actual ticker symbol which is the most important bit to spell right in the whole rns.

You may not like it but ignoring it doesn't make it not right.
Some of the stuff that is said is unpallitable but doesn't make it wrong.

Yes, it really does seem that the pitchfork up ticking folk just want to have a go at the poster rather than address or have an opinion on any of the content of the post.

Thankyou for your feedback, I knew it would bite me in the arse haha :).

That being said, the postings on an anonymous message board are not legally defined company communications, if they were, I probably wouldnt be posting on my phone whilst multitasking.

The issue I have, is that's two very recent rns's that have needed correcting and we have had a pretty significant breach of protocol with the leaked news.

It makes the team look amateur.
