It light be because of what I was alluding to, nothing material is allowed to be known that is not in the public domain. I. E. No rns for a period of time so nothing new to boost the SP, a week, a couple of weeks, I don't know? (it's why I was asking)
I do know that a director cannot typically buy directly before releasing material news that would boost the shareprice for obvious insider trading issues.

That being said there is probably a whole grey area whereby a director could buy and then subject themselves to a lock in period so they couldn't flip the shares. It gets interesting though if they already hold shares that are not subject to a lock in.

Either way, I don't think we will be getting any news for a little bit so we might drift... Depends what's said in interviews I suppose.

And is a big BUT, we have already had a 'unintentional' leak and had to issue an RNS to give clarification. So a whole bunch of forward looking statements have been disclosed already and caveated.

That to me would make that leaked information public domain and as such he would be able to talk about it. Not sure what the sec view would be but, although done in a naughty way it's been disclosed.

My understanding is that the are basically cooperate bonds..

You buy arbkl for £100 and get your £8.75 per year return for 5 years then you get your £100 back and it's done.

You can sell the arbkl ticker for whatever the price maybe., the price will be dictated by how long is left on the bond and the risk associated with getting the final payment.

I. E. If arb looked like it was going to go bankrupt in in 4 years would you pay £100 for a bond that will give you £8.75 but unlikely to receive back your £100.

Conversely you make think it's a no brainer if argo has done amazing after 2 years and think there's no way it. Will go bankrupt.. You might think hey this is a guarenteed return and pay more for the £100 bond and effectly get a lower return (even though its fixed at 8.75% but its on £100 so will always be £8.75).

If the Mt Gox situation is genuine it might be being influenced heavily by what might happen... If that's the case we will be in for a few days of pain (until 20th Nov).

Ive not done that though,

1) every waking hour is an over exaggeration, most of my posts are like this where I'm responding to someone having a pop.
2)Im not spamming, again over exaggeration.
3) For at least the 10th time, I have stated that I think Argo is undervalued based on what's known, that's why I am invested here. I do not like swimming pools, bbq, leaked information, mistakes in rns, buying ourselves green retrospectively, unknown situation with rigs in Helios, unknown financing requirements.

I'm also becoming less keen on the crazy found here where lots of folks are just latching onto anything positive that is posted no matter how ridicous it is.

I am also getting tired with how many posts are centered around "me being negative" rather than anything crypto related. There's no point people having a go at me and then complaining when I reply.

Onwards and upwards, quarters and years... Just not now.

You do realise that it would be riot that would takeover argo yea not the other way round.

Riot has 600 million worth of funding that it has just completed, it's installing 200mw of immersion s19s that are paid for, it hash much better public plans for hashrate increase.

But its OK, keep the crazy alive.

Urggh this really is hard work, look at the past couple of days share price (not just a dip day) and you'll see its all about the same without much movement.

If you want to believe that - 3% down is the share price mooning or making really solid ground then so be it.

Yea it was about that, in my defence I was only trying to get a price but one press of the phone and It was processed.

As I also said though, it was only some of my shares, although I have changed the balance of my risk (I was 100% all in a week or so ago and yes my views were the same) Ive now got a token £15K in just so I've got some skin in the game.

As I've also said that once it is known about the 200mw financing I will most likely be investing more.

I've also said that I believe Argo is undervalued and have shown my calcs several times on how I make my target price 230p.

We just need to get that financing of whatever form out of the way.

Nice spin, I genuinely like that as its another way of seeing it differnt to my own. I still class it as noise but I respect that way of thinking.

ARB has a habit of going up when btc falls but Unfortunatly vice versa is true.

Pull up the 5 day chart of ARB on Google, that is what I mean by noise, hopefully you'll get what I mean.

To me it's most definatley noise, 10% up.. 5%-7% down..

But that's OK, I'm sure someone with the crazy will be stating that the red is actually blue, the sells are buys and they are really glad it lost some ground yesterday.

It amazes me how excited folk get on a 10% rise and yet how dismissive they are of a 6% fall.

As I said the other day (whilst taking the usual noise for it) A drop in btc was likely to " low 60s or even high 50s".

It has done exactly as expected so I'm not bothered in the slightest, if we drop to below 55 then I would be more concerned but today's btc is exactly where I would expect it to be for a few days whilst it consolidates and builds support for the next push upwards.

All is well in my book and as I said yesterday (again got labeled a neg head) the increase yesterday looked just like a bit of noise which has now resulted in today's drop to where it was without the noise.

Yes I am deliberately pointing out "I told you so's" because of the grief I get when I post such things and they turn out to be right so hopefully people will be less inclined to be critical all the time and not spew perpetual over optimistic crazy over the board.

Its just wrong in some way, I believe the strong buy rating as it has been a strong buy by most brokers for over 6 months.

The broker for forecasts typically range from 170p - 240p, you may find some at 300p, but there is nothing that is known or predicted now to make it go to £20 within a 12 month window or any known time span for that matter.

I don't have any issue with what you've posted as you've put what you've seen, I am just in disbelief that people here havn't tried to correct it, in fact they have done the opposite.

It has opened my eyes to a new level of crazy here. Which is good in a way because now I know not to try and respond when people are having a go at me, pointless arguing with crazy folk.

Arbk is in usd and is worth 10 arb shares so you need to convert from one to the other.

ARB can open at any price it doesn't have to be the closing (converted) price of arbk close.

Let's assume btc is at 60k and Arbk closes at 140p (equivilant). If btc collapsed to 30k between arbk closing and arb opening then arb would not open at 140p.

It would open at whatever the premarket auction et the price to.

So in answer to your question they technically arnt linked, you could assume maybe that all things remaining the same then one would open at the others close but even for that to happen there would need to be lse buyers ready to buy, if there's not it would fall.
