afternoon bignose.it's one third of the total to be issued for the 3 years consultancy period(2,780,000)as they get paid in 3 tranches on each anniversary. the announcement of 14th july 2021 sets out how they calculated the price (0.166 hkd) with the usual blather supporting it. it's not a lot actually so i don't suppose they actually do very much.

critch,the point is it's a joint appointment.they already have 2(i think) and when cenkos was appointed on 29th sept 2020 it was followed by a fundraise in late october. im not suggesting the same will happen now,as I've no idea. all im saying is it may, i emphasise may, be a prelude to some form of corporate activity. that's all.

does appointment presage some form of corporate action? can't imagine they are contemplating another raise, as they have plenty of cash left and the current s/p would hardly make it a popular move with existing investors, so perhaps something else?

evening bignose. much as i would love an upfront licence fee (and of course it is possible) it's not likely imo,so we may have to look for alternatives( convertible loans ,as doubt they could raise easily,which would mean more dilution ?).always possible we could get something left field,perhaps from DLI,but going to be a difficult time most likely. just waiting to see how it plays out.

have a look at highlands post on 9th june.prorata share of $7m from escrow and shareholders fund.no doubt this is subject to some sort of clawback provision,but due at end of 12 months from deal.then if $napster token issued by 30th march 2023 we get a 6% plus share of tokens.if not issued,we get prorata share of $25m instead.problem for some may be cryptos issued but we can't get then,as then no share in the $25m

well the p111 trial in the eu would have been fine if we had passed it successfully with the original product,but unfortunately we didn't and that was the problem..i agree that the cooper house trial was significant and clearly sufficient for them to come on board,but what we really need is the full extended us trial over 6 months.if that does the business (and i expect it to)then we will have a properly tried and tested product and can go into full marketing and production with a high degree of confidence.early september is now key imo.
