well i suppose it all depends on what you mean by "start".now you and i probably think it means something like commence,but in the lexicon of aim and similar companies it has an entirely different meaning! no im not at all impressed by barder of fum. its just serendipity that they seem to have a marketable product,but even now the jury is out pending any actual sales news.i haven't come actress any aim ceos that i would actually want to invite round chez Italian for dinner. i used to be a consultant for medium sized professional firm which had a ceo.total bombastic bull ****ter who used to lecture the employees on money laundering regulations etc.the irony was delicious when i arrived at work one morning to discover he had been summarily dismissed for appropriating client funds! im not actually a vindictive type(i hope)but it was a moment to saviour for the sheer irony.

thanks for that bignose.i was wondering if an email might be in order.glad you have grasped the nettle.the last fum update (i think)was that recruitment completed at end of 2021 and on course to submit to fda by end go sept 2022.whether that is still the case i don't know but im assuming it is all on track until i hear to the contrary.you never can be sure of anything can you?

numan advertise a range of products quite extensively on uk tv,particularly for ed and hair loss.the ads are quite hard hitting,but the ed products are generic sildenafil,so contraindicated for many.i take the point though about importance of appropriate marketing.question is do we actually have a product on the market yet to advertise?

morning bignose. i'm afraid you sum it all up admirably. i was going to say something also about DLI,but decided not to, as it was just too dispiriting.i know i was less sceptical about it in the first instance than you and some others, but really what were they doing buying it? i checked back yesterday and there has been no news on it for ages (nothing on twitter etc) and to have failed to get the young ai app on to android after 2 years simply beggars belief.i realise that things are not always as simple as PIs would like them to be, but if i was running a business i would want to know why it was not happening (unless of course they have decided the development costs are a waste of money!). it's not looking good is it.

yes E_AL.iread that earlier on ADVFNand thought it interesting,particularly with reference to margin calls. also noted the share cast article uses the expression"walked away"which is of course somewhat loadedand not reflective of the full reality(in fairness it does explain whey were denied access to the books,but the expression may perhaps indicate the authors own, not entirely unbiased, personal attitude to matters just musing of course.

afternoon albrert.thanks for pointing that out.agree the outcome may not be quite as bad as we feared(although quite bad).not sure how the current economic climate(and the likely worsening outlook) and the current problems being experienced by the crypto market,is going to affect the prospects of a new coin/token being issued in next 9 month or so,but i am inclined to agree that the cash payment is looking more likely than the tokens.we will see.would be good to get a clear and definitive statement which all holders could reference setting out exactly what the full position is.perhaps in time?

so it continues.has the period of silence been because there have been no,or few,newsworthy developments,or because there are major moves going on behind the scenes,which the BOD want to keep the lid on until completed?would love it to be the latter,but sadly experience suggests the former.just musing in the absence of anything to comment on.oh except that DVR continues to decline.down 50% since its high a short while ago.

28Jjaczar ,if you scroll back to my post on the 27th may at 17.45 you will see i have copied the reply i had from HL with an extract from the reply they had from napster. you may be able to copy this to your broker. note the "snip",as they call it, does not include reference to the apparent additional payments we may get in certain circumstances(these are apparently possible additional payments not linked to, or dependant on, the outcome of the proposed crypto element ,which may give rise to a separate additional cash payment if the crypto is not launched by the 30th march). i am in correspondence with HL regarding these possible additional payments, which they have not addressed and am awaiting their reply. details of these can be found in a post by albert pode a while ago, but he was not able to post a copy of his broker's message detailing them, so all you can do in that respect, i suggest, is to refer them to your brokers as additional payments you understand are also possible. hope this helps.

seems pretty appalling if anyone is still waiting for the initial payment.i can understand and accept the there will be uncertainty over the crypto aspect and how to deal with it,but the initial cash element seems very straight forward. stroppy emails in order !
