evening albert.yes the speed with which the algo deal was concluded certainly suggests there must have been something reasonably concrete in contemplation when the proposed delisting was announced. all just speculation of course and water under the bridge now in any event. will be interesting see waty updates we get re the app etc. at least it's something to keep us in touch with development i hope.

as to the ability of holders on platforms like IIand hl actually to receive the tokens,we are still waiting to hear whether they can work something out.whether the allocated tokens could be put into some form of separate secure wallet with the individual shareholders being given appropriate access keys(which could be provided to them by their individual trading platforms to enable access) I've no idea.from the website i get the impression(no more than an impression)that things are certainly moving forward and i do expect the tokens to be issued before the march deadline,so cash option would not,in that event,be available.aplogies if some of this is (a )nonsense and (b) already known, but i hadn't seen the website before today.

hence the shift in focus (at least in part) to the "spades and shovels".

well bignose,i wouldn't disagree with any of that.when you think back to the optimism following the move to hk etc,it is pretty soul destroying to reflect on where we are now.. i have just remembered that the interims are due this month.perhaps an update on FDA will be part of them.

afternoon bignose.thanks for that as i hadn't seen it.no,no mention of income and all it does really is reproduce what was said in the emailed news.it is however,slightly(very slightly i accept) encouraging that thy have decided to announce it formally.i was wondering if they would. i know im a tad more optimistic re DLI than you,but i do entirely accept your concerns about the cash drain of supporting it without revenue and the dilution we experienced to get it.i suppose im just hoping in a naive way, that it may be something which takes off in a way we aren't expecting. not holding my breath though.ha ha.

dougie,hopefully we will get confirmation of commencement of fda p3 trial in october or thereabouts. they will have to announce this. whether they will announce approval of new EMA manufacturer or just press on without saying anything i don't know ,but if they do say anything it should be in next couple of months or so. not expecting any great impact on s/p from either of these though .the wait goes on imo.

bothwell, lack of commercial availability.see the operations update of 5th july. hopefully this is now being addressed and perhaps supply will be resumed by end of year. as always with fortacin,best not to hold one's breath.will be interesting to see how OTC sales shape up, once(if) we have a product we can actually put on the shelves.

well of course at the end of the day it all comes down to whether they can sell anything, so far it seems pretty much all done for free. sales of anything to anybody would be welcome!

afternoon bignose.yes dip up over 30% in last month,but well down on the slightly over 4AUSD,which they reached a while ago.dont know what the actual original base cost is,but i suppose if we do sell the remainder in the near future it will give us some cash but perhaps without any concomitant tax liability if overall loss? incidentally i had another email from galkin banging the dli drum and their being selected for the kickstart innovation program.not sure there is anything in it,but they are spinning it as helping them to market to insurance companies etc.as always time will tell.

agreed .it is possible they could announce earlier,but i was thinking more of the question whether the results would come before the submission announcement,or simultaneously,which i think the RNS answers.anyway,not long now however it actually plays out in practice.

not quite sure what the discussion is about. the 28th may rns is pretty clear .fum remain on track to disclose results in early september, with fda submission by end of september.

doubt that the judgement in favour of cineplex for more than cineworld's m/c has helped cine much either.i know many think it will never be enforced at that level and there re appeals etc in progress,but imo it would take a very brave investor to commit substantial funds to cine with that hanging over it.cannot see any similarities whatsoever with THG
